Geoponics

I ordered three plants. Two were excellent. One came in a little rough shape. I let Geoponics know, and they refunded my money when I sent them pictures of the damaged plant. Good customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

Not impressed at all. $400 in 2 orders the first one was good but lots if doubled the second order super disappointing a 200$ of succulents and only 5 types all same style or colors. Not much variety. Won't be ordering again.

Despite being well packaged, one of the plants arrived extremely damaged. I am hoping I can nurse it back to health and get the pieces that fell off rooted. This is my second time ordering from Geoponics and had a great experience the first time. I am disappointed to be honest.

I was really skeptical of geoponics at first. The first time I tried to order the site would not accept my CC so I was frustrated and figured it was a scam. But then it worked! Yay! And then I received my order! The plants were well packaged and it great shape! So I ordered twice more and I am very happy with what I have received… except for my tradescantia nanouk. When I received that plant it seemed like the travel from store to home really messed it up, but I'm trying to revive it. Regardless, I will definitely be ordering again!

My last purchase from them was well a horrible Experience. I had ordered 2 plants as a birthday gift to myself. After nearly a week after I placed my order it has not been sent- even with paying for 1-2 delivery. I had to contact them via phone since email or social media dm鈥檚 didn鈥檛 seem to push anyone to help me. When I did call I was brushed off & told they would arrive that Monday or Tuesday. Instead they did not contact me & refunded me for the plants saying they were now sold out. More than a week after placing an order- so you can see my disappointment.

Ive wanted to give them a chance so many times. Pests happen- but having a couple arrive with it puts you off. You wait give them another chance to what I went through.

Just not worth it.

Came to my house very fast, plants were packaged well and were all a reasonable price!

I am disappointed that my sansevieria is considered to be "normal" with all the terminal spikes bent and black at the top. The plant was packet to tightly and stuffed into the box, with a great deal of packing paper at the bottom of the pot and virtually nothing at the end of the leaves which bent and broke and turned black. I will not be shopping with Geoponics again. I won't pay for packing and shipping which ruins the plant.

One of the plants was very delicated and could have been better packed I think – so that the leaves wouldn't all fall off the first time you touch it.

I purchased a Xerographica air plant and something else and was not disappointed by what I got for the price considering they were priced much higher elsewhere. It's absolutely gorgeous and healthy. It was packaged really nicely so there was very little shipping damage. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.

All my orders have arrived in amazing condition!! All plants have arrived healthy and I damaged. Shipping was fast and I like really far north in BC. I will definitely buy more plants from here!

Order shipped fast, great packaging and nothing was damaged!! However I wish I was notified about the one plant being out of stock so I could have picked something else the same price. I did get a refund issued though 鈽猴笍

The last two deliveries were of a pink painter plant that was very small and dried out. The leaves all fell off and is dead in the pot this morning. I got the plant approximately two weeks ago. My monstera plant was damaged. Leaf fell off and one larger leaf was broken and had black edges. This is a $30 plant and I expected better.
