I adore this site. The silky shirt and dress I got are beautifullll and Bianca was amazing she helped me find my perfect size.

I'v made five purchases from Genuine People over the past year and time and again was very impressed by the quality, style, and level of customer service.
My last purchase was a bit frustrating since I purchased a pre order item that was kept being pushed back in production, so instead of waiting 14 days for my item to ship I had to wait about a month. Once ready to ship Genuine People upgraded my order to overnight shipping, which was super thoughtful. I finally received my purchase and it was well worth the wait! The quality is fantastic, size and fit is exactly as described. I've been wearing my leggings to work, yoga and on the weekends, so versatile! Thanks Genuine People I look forward to shopping with you again!

I purchased a tan coat after Christmas. The quality is great and it goes really well with almost any outfit. Very satisfied with the purchase and not to mention their customer service! Every staff that I connected was very nice and I would definitely do more shopping with them. Highly recommended!

Purchased a silk dress to wear on NYE. They expedited my shipping free of charge which was so nice. Love the dress, it is so elegant and extremely flattering, and I received compliments all night. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Love loved my new Christmas coat! It's so comfy but super stylish. Love the versatility of it! It can be layered with so many colors and really brings the outfit together. I had to get a smaller size and the customer service was off the hook! Love talking to real humans who actually care about you and want to make sure you have the best experience! My daughter gifted me with a beautiful cashmere coat for xmas! i had to return it because it was too large! they had a real person in customer service and she was soo helpful and professional! I am now a big fan of Genuine People and will definitely recommend this online company to my friends!

This is hands down one of the best online stores I've shopped at recently. Can't say enough about their customer service I was looking for a sweater that would fit a tall girl and Lucy from customer service took her time and helped me find the perfect gray turtleneck. I was so happy with my experience with Genuine People. I have been looking for a wool coat for awhile now and I found so many great options on their site. They were very patient with me as I was indecisive at first but I landed on a beautiful coat and I get compliments on it wherever I go. I really appreciate their customer service and personal touch, I look forward to buying another item soon!

I have been waiting for my package for more than 15 days, and I still haven't received it. I tried to contact customer service, and only get an automated message without any solutions or information provided. Definitely the worst customer service and shipping service ever!

GP truly goes above and beyond for their customers! I own a few GP pieces already that I love, but my latest experience with their customer service is what will keep me shopping here. The post office was having issues delivering my order, and Bianca from GP not only tracked the package down but also made sure the post office held it for me. I was so excited for my new piece, however, the post office had damaged the box, and of course the piece inside was damaged as well. Bianca instantly tried to find me a new one, and unfortunately it was sold out so she refunded me right away without me even having to ask. This entire exchange with Bianca happened in ONE day. I've never experienced such amazing customer service let alone had an issue solved in one day. Thank you, Bianca!!!

Their sizes can vary but their support team was so helpful they put my mind at ease. Great quality and super unique items. I can't wait to shop again.

I ordered a coat from GP and was indecisive about color so I ordered a new one, once I got that one, I decided I wished I stuck with the first. I have been a huge pain in the butt for them but they have been super helpful in offering me options to get the coat I need without giving me a hard time at all! The coat(s) have been beautiful and I'm excited to start wearing them as the weather gets cooler! The chat feature has been amazing and you can pretty much guarantee you will get amazing service if you run into any issues. I have not received the refunds for my returns yet. I know that is an issue for some people. I am confident I will be reimbursed everything I am owed based on their customer service team but I will keep this updated either way!

I bought a sweater from Genuine People (GP) last month and wasn't too sure what size would work best for me. Fortunately, GP is one of the only online clothing brands I have found on Instagram that has an actual telephone customer service line. I gave them a call and they helped me decide on what size would work best for myself! It fits wonderfully thanks to their help and input!

I had a delay with shipping but I called customer service and they were quick to help.

I was hesitant to join the crop top movement but this crop stretch top is perfect. I feel covered enough when wearing high waisted things. It feels freeing honestly.

This website is a scam, I waisted 200 bucks on a dress I stalked for months & it turned out to be totally unwearable. The fabric was thin polyester, all the details, including metals uses in the garment feel cheap. I was extremely disappointed. Zara quality at ten times the price.

I recently bought a blush colored blazer, wrap skirt and purse from Genuine People. You know when an article of clothing has a little weight to it due to a nice, quality fabric and lining? THAT. The skirt is perfectly fitted and I get tons of compliments. I'm 5'8" and the flare hits me at the perfect height. The jacket is just as pictured (which can be a tricky color to get right) and I find myself wearing it 100 different ways. So worth it, will buy from them again.

I returned several items and found that weeks later I never received the refund. I had to email customer service who then acknowledged that for some reason they never gave the refund and then promptly issued the return. But who wants to go through that? Check their credit card statements, email, ugh what a pain. I would prefer to give my business to a company that doesnt just let refunds that fail to make it their customer slide.

I returned a jacket over a month ago and inquired about the status. I then was informed there was a mysterious 'stain' on the jacket and the legitimacy of my return was TBD. All of the tags were on the jacket, I returned it in the appropriate time and even paid the shipping myself as their return tags are not accepted in Canada. Curious as to why I had to be the one that initiated the conversation? The photo they attached of the alleged stain was barely visible in the picture also. Really disappointing as I really loved this brand but this is simply horrible customer service.

I got the suede block heel boots and I LOVE them. They look amazing and are also super comfortable. I had some questions after visiting the site and the customer service was really fantasticthey answered thoughtfully and knowledgeably and my boots got here super quick!

I ordered a pair of earrings from this site because they were really affordable and I thought they would go with an outfit I bought for a work event. The earrings are three layered with a lot of interesting shapes and they looked exactly like the photo on the website. I would definitely order from Genuine People again.

I got the off-the-shoulder lace blouse with red detailing and I love it! It's super cute and comfy, fits perfectly, and even allows for a few extra bites of dessert without worrying. I love the stitching detail and the quality is great. This will definitely be my summer blouse of choice – I can't wait to show it off!

Please save yourself from purchasing anything from this website. They claim that they are based in CA but I believe they are actually based in China. Purchased a Pink Blouse on SALE for almost $90 when I opened the bag I was baffled. The quality of the item is HORRIBLE. I could have bought a blouse from H&M for much much better quality and price. It is almost unwearable. Do not believe the pictures, they are deceiving.

The red blazer and matching trousers were something Id been eyeing for a while post the holidays. I finally decided to make the purchase and I am IN LOVE. The blazer is cut perfectly and fits like a glove. Its amazing with the pants and paired with other pieces (striped pants & jeans too!)l. I always get compliments when I wear it. The pants are adorable and when worn together, whats better then red from top to bottom! It's my fave statement look right now. I am giving 4 stars because the pants could fit my booty (I have one) a slight bit better!
