I used this for a month already. Interface looks nice, depositing and withdrawing money are easy. Fees and money allocation are very transparent.

Had a problem with verifying payment method at first because the money keep bouncing back to my bank, sent an email to customer service, get it fixed within a day.

A very good platform for beginner in crypto investment and doesn't want to spend so much time in front of computer and analysing the graph by themselves.

Overall, really good.

The only uncomfortable thing about GV is their app. I prefer to use their website rather than the app. You need to refresh the app several times before finally get information on how much money/coin do I have now. In addition, when I put in more money, the graph will only show me the change in amount of coin that I have. So when the overall profit actually goes down, The graph color will stay green because previously I added extra money and they will see it as positive change of total fund.

Aside from the graph problem, somehow I cannot change the preferred currency. There is a drop down list to change the currency but it just doesn't show any option to me, so I can only see the value of the invested money in BTC.
