GENESIS Fertility

Dr. Melzer-Ross was wonderful and kind. We consulted with her after IUI with another doctor, but was planning to make the switch to Genesis if it didn鈥檛 take as to not miss out on a cycle. We followed up with blood work and the first couple of sonograms with her. She was caring and considerate even though we had already gotten pregnant (we didn鈥檛 know I was pregnant until after we switched practices as it was too early to know) that initial experience was better than the doctor I saw prior to switching over. Our baby girl is now 5 months old ?

The doctors and nurses at genesis were great. They made the process pleasant as possible however, I had a few upsetting interactions with Grazi鈥檚 secretary, she was rude a refused to provide documentation that I requested. After completing my treatment I needed my record of all bloodwork sent to my primary doctor and the secretary actually told me it was too much work and I need my doctor to tell her exactly what bloodwork to send. My primary doctor called and made the request and still the paperwork was never sent. Dr Grazi is a great doctor, he is knowledgeable, dedicated and courteous it is a shame this one employee spoiled my experience.

Genesis is a great office. The staff is all so nice and compassionate. They are all understanding and work hard to help you with whatever issue you may have. Genesis made all our dreams come true!

Dr. Grazi and the team were great. Dr. Grazi was informative, attentive, and balanced hope with realistic scenarios. He was truly wonderful at every appointment, patiently providing answers to my husband me.The nurses were fantastic–IVF and the ones that conducted the blood draw.

The best clinic of fertility.

Genesis fertility has made my dream of starting my family come true!! After 3 years of infertility, we decided to do IVF, and we were successful on our first transfer! All the nurses and doctors are absolutely incredible, and they made my husband and I feel like we were apart of the team. They are truly there for you every step of the way, and they are always available if you have any concerns. There are no words to express how grateful we are for everyone in the genesis family, for making our dream come true!!

There are not enough good things that my husband and I could say about Dr. Ross and the staff at Genesis. As you can imagine, even having to go to a fertility specialist could be upsetting and scary. When we first spoke to Dr. Ross, she made us feel comfortable and confident that things would work out for us. She was very thorough and explained to us all possible scenarios for our treatment. She is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Ross even personally called when test results came in and took her time with us to acknowledge any concerns that we had about treatment. We really liked her a lot and are so happy that she was the one to help us along this journey!!
The staff at Genesis is amazing!! They have people who specialize in each area of treatment that you might go through. You can call and ask them questions at any time and they will gladly answer you. I never felt nervous or silly when I called to ask them questions. They were so helpful, polite, kind, and knowledgeable. Every single person that I came across at that facility was awesome!! We also dealt with Dr. Kulak and Dr. Fayouzi and they were great as well!!
I am now 16 1/2 weeks pregnant and expecting a little girl in September!! My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Genesis Fertility. You will without a doubt have a great experience here. They are simply the best!!

From a young girl all I ever dreamed of was becoming a mom. As I got older i felt that dream getting closer. When my husband & I got married I couldn鈥檛 wait to start a family together. Three years into our marriage we decided it was time to start trying for a baby. I couldn鈥檛 wait for my dream to come true. Months passed and nothing happened. That鈥檚 where our family at Genesis comes in. We met with Dr.Ross 2 years ago & she made us feel hopeful & excited again. Dr. Ross was informative & explained all
of our options to us. She never seemed bothered by my countless emails & phone calls with worries & concerns. Dr. Ross is kind, professional, warm, empathetic & truly incredible at what she does. Negative pregnancy test after negative pregnancy test I began to fear I May never become a mom, but Dr. Ross and Dr.Kulak always reassured me that it would happen & I was able to mentally prepare myself again for another treatment. It took longer than we hoped but we finally got pregnant on our 4th round of IVF. Throughout our journey everyone at Genesis made us feel like we weren鈥檛 alone, and even on my worst days they all made me feel better. We know how many patients they work with but they never made us feel like another number. Everyone from Dr. Ross to Dr. Kulak to Nelly & the IUI nurses to Toby, Joanne & all the nurses in IVF, to the women at the front desk, the sonogram techs, and girls drawing blood, & everyone in between, they all made us feel comfortable, special, guided us to make the right choices, & gave us the strength to keep going. In August we gave birth to our son Joseph & I finally felt joy in my life again. We are forever grateful to our family at Genesis. Thank you to everyone at Genesis, what they do for people is amazing. See you all again for baby number two!!

I had a great experience at Genesis. The entire team was caring, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I had a question, they answered it right away even after I was transferred to my ObGyn. I am so grateful that I was in the care of Dr Grazi and Dr Foyouzi, I highly recommend them. They assesed my case carefully and adjusted the treatment when needed for a successful outcome. I am expecting a baby boy (38 weeks) 🙂

The Doctors & Staff are Great

Fertility is a sensitive area of any woman鈥檚 life. This place will take care of you, answer your thousand questions as long as it鈥檚 done fast, and they gave me hope. I used them twice, 2013 and 2017…. both successful full term pregnancies.
