Generation Outcast Clothing

I placed with Generation Outcast an order from USA in July 24, 2020. Today is 9/28/2020 and I have not yet recieved my order. The company contacted me via email stating tht they needed a copy of my passport, credit card and credit card statement, that my order looked suspicious and that they take fraud very seriously. I replied to them that I did not feel saved sending such personal information, that I buy things online and never was I asked to send such information. I also told them that my credit card passed with no problem. I asked for them to either send me the order of refund me card back. Their responsewas that they could only give me a store credit. I have never heard such thing. I haven't even received my order and they want to give me a store credit???? We are talking about $640 USA. I contacted my credit card company and told them what was going on and they thought is was suspicious of Generation Outcast to ask me for all that info, so I started a dispute to get me money back. After a month, my credit card contacted me stating that Generation Outcast contacted them and told them they had sipped my order. On top of that they recharged my credit card no $640 BUT $656. Why???? Who knows!!!!! As of today 9/28/2020 I have not received any order, no communication with Generation Outcast and now I have to dispute and fight for this charge. I am very dissapointed with this company. I usually dont write reviews. If you read this, I can only advise you to be very careful with this company. As of me, I defenitly wont buy anything else from this store. And I hope I can solve this problem.

I made a big order of clothing from Outcast Clothing. The order arrived and it was very disappointing. The smallest size on the website was S. Everything was oversize and felt like S was Medium size, as I usually get sizes between XS and S. The quality of the clothes was another disappointment. All made from cheap material and see through. For the price it should have been much better. I have emailed the company explaining my situation with the sizing, if all the S was too big, nothing on this website would fit me. The company refused to give me a refund which is so upsetting as my order was $500AUD, and I will not be able to wear any of the clothes I got or exchange them. I think a decent company would understand the situation and act appropriately such as offer a refund. Would not recommend to buy anything from the website, photos look amazing, but in real life it is really not worth the price. Anna

The clothing on Generation Outcast looked really good so I decided to buy some flares, altogether with delivery (I live in the UK), it came to 拢40. The clothes looked good quality so I thought the price would be worth it. First of all they took nearly 2 months to come, that鈥檚 fair enough with what鈥檚 going on at the moment and they are coming from the other side of the world. When my flares were delivered, I was told I had to pay a custom charge of 拢15.97, I was shocked at this as I was never warned about a custom charge, I thought the delivery I paid covered this cost. I didn鈥檛 have the money so they didn鈥檛 give me the package! When I finally paid a few days later, I got the flares and tried them on, don鈥檛 get me wrong they are lovely but the material is so so cheap, feels like they could rip so easily! Altogether these cost me 拢55, absolute rip off and not worth the price, definitely will not be buying from here again.

I made a purchase on generation outcast and spent a little over $240.00 on July 20th and I paid an extra $18 for express shipping which is (3-5 business days) because I wanted the clothes to arrive in plenty of time before the music festival I wanted to attend. I started to get worried when it took the company just 3 business days to package and begin shipping my order, so I sent them a message on Instagram. In the beginning the replied, until it got to my order number and then they just left me on read and never dealt with the situation. When I received my package there was another $46.60 fee for customs clearance. I was happy that my clothes finally arrived but when I opened into it, the quality was not what I expected for $240. The zippers barely worked, the material was thin and felt fragile. I ordered the potential bodysuit in red and it was way too big for me and it was a small the straps never stayed on and honestly it was not worth the money I paid. I bought the playing harness that i saw as well and the material of the belt already started fraying. the nebula two piece is see-through and the skirt already frayed a little when i put it on. I would never shop here ever again because the products are overpriced I feel like I got scammed with shipping.

They told me my item was out of stock, so I said I would purchase a new item and they would refund me. Not only did they refuse to refund me, but they ended up shipping the order AFTER I specified I had already purchased a new one. They refused to refund still. So I spent $100 extra than what I was supposed to on items I didn鈥檛 even want anymore! Horrific customer service.

i bought a pair of flares and they shipped very quickly, i received them in about 3 or 4 days after ordering. they are super good quality but they are a bit too long for me as i鈥檓 very short, no regrets with this product though! ?

i would give them no stars if i could. first product was so overpriced and was such horrible quality and arrived with a rip in it.. when i asked them where the other item in my order was they stated there was an inventory issue and that someone should have emailed me about it. i asked them to be on the waiting list and when it did arrive a few weeks later all the sequins were faulty and it was damaged. i don鈥檛 understand how they would send an item when it is clear and so visibly damaged!!! i emailed them several times and they never replied until i threatened to get fairtrading involved and they didn鈥檛 even send an email back apologising- just the refund through paypal. horrible customer service, horrible quality- so not worth it

Not only did my order come in 4 business days, standard shipping (to Townsville) but after I sent an email to ask how long they expected it to take, I was reached out to in order to check the order had arrived on time. Which to me is very professional and shows they really care for their customers. The product was amazing, true to size and great quality.
