I bought a dress from GemGrace and initially I was really skeptical, so many beautiful dresses that didn't break the bank seemed impossible. But in the end I went for it and not only was the dress just as described but it was STUNNING and so well made, it also arrived sooner than expected, I am beyond pleased! My only constructive criticism would be that on the website, the listing price on the listing page was higher then of you clicked on the item, and of does charge you the higher price (the price difference for the dress I went for was about 拢25), so that does need some work on the website.

I absolutely love my dress! It's got expensive looking details and is SO much prettier in person. I can't wait to wear it for prom.

The dress I purchased was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The quality was even better than pictured. The size 6 runs on the smaller side but the bride lost weight so it did not make a difference. Notwithstanding the quality of the dress, I have to say that Elia, the representative I dealt with, was the most professional, helpful, accommodating, courteous, outstanding customer's service representative I have ever dealt with. She went out of her way in more ways than I could have expected to ensure that the order was correct and that it was shipped in a timely fashion. I recommend using and will use Gem Grace again due to their professionalservice and exceptional quality. Thank you!

They did not send me the correct measurements at all! Then just told me to get it hemmed somewhere here in America. As long as they get their money from you and ship out, they don't care what they send you. Ladies you're better buying local or domestically. The other bad reviews about this place are NOT lying. Please seriously shop at your own risk. You will more than likely be over-charged for 1/2 the quality if not less.

I ordered one of the most expensive dresses on thier list. I sent custom measurements. They sent me a dress too big! When i asked about it they showed me a picture of it on a size 8 maniquin but I am not a size 8. My chest is 2 inches smaller then a size 8. Now I have a dress I cant wear and cant afford to get fixed here in USA. They told me I can send it back to them and they will fix it but they are in China and shipping would kill me. If they would have just sewn the dress to MY measurements. I took pictures showing thier measurements were bigger then the ones i sent them. I am so sad and didnt feel like they aplogized or anything. Now, I dont have enough money to buy another dress. I shouldnt have bought a dress online. Silly me. So, only use this company if you are a PERFECT size and dont need it sized smaller.

I ordered a custom made dress from Gem grace since they were the only company that had the style I wanted. They were super helpful and got all of my requests made! Very easy to communicate with and the representative Elia is very kind. The dress fits like a glove and its beautiful! It's not absolutely perfect but it's the closest you'll find for a reasonable price 🙂 I would recommend, especially if you want a custom sizing/customation!

I bought a pink tulle fairytale dress with lots of appliqu茅 and it is exactly as advertised! The waiting period was not long at all, and it was very carefully wrapped. It fit perfectly, and even came with a coupon and earrings! It is extremely comfortable and easy to move in. I was scared that the website might be a scam or something, but I was very wrong! This dress is perfect for prom, and I'm so glad it came in So quickly! Also the website emailed me with a tracking number and helpful updates with my dress, thank you so much Elia!

I was very nervous about ordering my wedding dress online, but Gem Grace really came through. I ordered a sort of combination of two dresses which made me extra nervous, but it looks almost exactly as promised and the materials are good. The measurements were pretty spot-on, though maybe just a little awkward around the shoulders (which could be my fault for measuring wrong tbh) More people ought to know about Gem Grace. One thing I still think about is hoping that they source ethically and that their workers get paid enough, which I cannot confirm. If anyone knows, let me know.
In any case, don't be afraid to trust Gem Grace with your special occasion. Excited to get married wearing my Gem Grace dress!

I am absolutely amazed by this store and its customer support! The customer service is quick, reliable, helpful. I wanted to order the smallest size of the dress because i thought if they tailor it according to my measures, it will take only much longer. But customer support agent advised me that they tailor the product anyway specially for each client so i should give the measures and they will make the dress quickly enough so that i receive it on time for my wedding. It was that way. I received it enough time before that day, my family, frends and my fiance were amazed how it fits me. I loved it! And the quality is awesome! All in all i am really absolutely happy about shopping on Gemgrace and can only recommend it!

A HUGE "thank you" to Ella & the shipping company for re-delivering my wedding dress after the local post office goofed up by returning my dress because my post office box number wasn't on the shipping label! Shame on them!! But, I now have my wedding dress, and I love it!! Although the sleeves are tight, the rest of the dress is absolutely perfect! Thanks again, Ella, for all your help!!

We ordered 2 custom dresses, and they are gorgeous, and fit perfectly. They went out of their way to help us get our third dress during a time (covid) when postal services are chaos.

From my 1st email enquiring about a dress I'd seen on the gemgrace.com website I was given confidence by the fantastic customer service who answered every question and advised on changes I wanted. Communication was fantastic even during the time of Covid 19.
My dress has arrived with absolutely every detail I wanted on it and at no extra charge. I could have spent so much more more money on a off the rack dress for my special day but instead I have a bespoke wedding gown of fantastic quality for LESS than 拢200.
I can't rate Gemgrace highly enough and Recommend to every Bride to bed 5*****.

The dress was more beautiful than in the picture. The color is soft baby pink, just fitting for my 1.5year old granddaughter. It came with 2 big ribbon sashes and a headband. The material is soft and velvety feel, and the dress is well made and sewed. The dress length is just right. I cannot say enough words for this dress.

I absolutely love this dress. I wanted something less-traditional for a wedding dress and this was perfect. They were very easy to communicate with and shipped more quickly than I expected! Fits great and would buy something from here again.

My daughter has always wanted a "Cinderella" type ball gown for her prom. We found the perfect one on this site. It actually fit her perfectly without any alterations to the bodice. It is true to size. We only had to alter the hem, as she is on the short side. We are very pleased and the dress came well before the promised deadline.

Dress is perfect and high quality. Just like picture! It was so well down, I have ordered a another dress from this company for another occasion.

I am constantly on a budget, and this dress is PERFECT. I expected to do a little readjusting myself (since nothing is actually perfect lol), so my sleeves being a little big were no problem!

I am so happy with my dress. The color is beautiful. The fit is great. I asked the company to change the design of the dress in which they did. I only had minor alterations to the dress probably because of the changes I asked them to make.

I had ordered a dress for my daughter from another company that cost more than my my dress. The fit was horrible!!! The material was itchy AND it was supposed to be a custom dress like mine. I had to spend almost another $100 to have it taken in so she could wear it.

Gem Grace's was far superior to the other dressmaker. No comparison!!!
