I have to give one star, but they deserve none. Parcel was scheduled to arrive 28/08. But nothing. Tried to contact Gefco in Germany on 17/09, where according to their tracing the parcel was. Tracking MF07400. They promised to investigate and asked me to call back the next day. They were lacking some paperwork. Since then it has not been possible to get hold of a single person in that company in any German office (Berlin, Mainz, Wuppertal to name a few). All lines dead. No success with email either. Today is 01/10. Dead end and I am beginning to think that my parcel (worth 2,000 EUR) has to be written of. Tried to contact Gefco in another country (UK), but to absolutely no avail Next step legal action? Ridiculous rip-off! Stay well clear!

Meant to be delivering a car to me today, just spent 30 minutes on their website trying to find a number or reasonable way of contacting them, impossible or at the very least very difficult.

I ordered some furniture through Sklum which was delivered by GEFCO, but when I needed to return it GEFCO lost one of the boxes of chairs so I have been unable to get my refund for the last 3 months. They took away 2 boxes, but claimed they only took 1. They didn't leave me with any paperwork and now it's just my word against theirs. Sklum have been trying to trace the lost package, but have been unable to get a response. I despair of ever getting my money back.

I ordered a new Peugeot for delivery to my home address. I was advised a delivery day with time slot and the car arrived on time. The driver was very smartly dressed, polite and professional, he checked my old car over with an app on his phone and took it away.
Very happy with the service, easy way to get your car.
