Classic scam. Pretend shipping info gets sent, then when you enquire, you're replied with 'Oh sorry, there's new owners now' – and your money is gone. Same website, same logos, same products, but magically the owners changed, and the bad guys were the 'ones who owned it before'.

Scam-tacular, but a really lazy scam. Don't go near this scam site.

Companies supposedly been taken over, saying they changed trading name but, still same domain names, still same tags on spam emails, email address still @geekhoodies
No registered company information for either name etc etc.
Says they have official gear but still looks like fake junk.
I'd steer well clear of this company and Geeklanded.com

I ordered a hoodie almost a year ago to the date, nothing arrived, I've emailed them with no response. Just generic cut and paste emails. I emailed them recently as they under new management, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My hoodies were late. And when they did arrive they were extremely low quality and didn鈥檛 look like the pictures. If I didn鈥檛 live abroad I鈥檇 of sent them straight back but I gave them to charity instead. Never again!

I've been waiting for my productos like 7 months and they never arrived. I think I've been ripped out… and they don't answer consequently!!! Never buy from them… never! They're the worst…

Yes I have finally received the item, however I will be leaving strong negative feedback on your site as I waited an unacceptable amount of time, a total of 24 days, with terrible customer service communication when emailing Geek Essentials. The worse part of this awful experience however was when the item finally got delivered! – On opening the package I found the worst made piece of clothing I have ever come across in my life! The material and the overall quality was so bad it was almost transparent when holding it up to the light and the stitching was a joke!! I doubt it would of made out in one piece when washing it in a washing machine. I am very disappointed in my purchase and have thrown the item in the bin as it is not fit for purpose!! You should be ashamed of yourselves Geek Essentials…poor showing and a total rip off to your customers.

Don't buy anything from them! I got a Assassin's Creed Hoodie and when it got to my address I got really angry because the material is poor, the sewing is awful and the product is completely different from the website.
On the next day I sent an email to the company requesting refund and only 4 months later I got an answer asking me to send the hoodie back to the post office. I sent them the product back in March and I still don't have my refund.

STAY AWAY!
Both a friend and I got an Assassin's creed hoodie (seperately).
Mine never arrived and the company kept fobbing me off telling me to wait, the it can take up to 20days and they doubled that after I waited. This continued for longer than it should have and I ended up opening a non-delivery case in Paypal whom ruled against them and I got my money back.
Turns out I was the lucky one as my friend got his hoodie and the quality is horrendous! The smell of the chemicals used on this garment alone is awful – it hits you as soon as you open the plastic bag! The sewing and build is so poor I could have done a better job handing sewing! I have been to markets in China & other places in Asia that would reject the garment based on its quality even though it is made out there. The design is not like it is in the pictures and seriously disappointing.

Not even worth one star!

It's been over 90 days since ordering my son's hoodie. Be warned when you read Geek Hoodies shipping terms – I wish I had understood their *excuses and warnings* better – take a look at their "Shipping" link in the footer.

After my purchase, I received an email from "Steve the Superhero" in Customer Service indicating that he had noticed my order and wanted to, "…personally reach out because we have been having
some delays from Canada Post." I initially thought this was thoughtful.
However, the "some delays" was not quantified as over 90+ days. I ordered March 8th, 2017 and I responded to Steve that I would be patient hoping to receive it by Easter (April 16). There was no response to that and I should have clued in and canceled at that time.

It's one thing for the product to be delayed and potentially held up in customs as I've been told is the possible explanation. But it's entirely different when the response to my inquiry are putting the blame on me, as the customer!?! I was shocked. I asked for either a refund or an explanation and here is Leona Paula Saurda's reply, "Hey,
Through an email sent to you shortly after placing the order, we warned about the expected long delays from Canada Post. Deliveries are taking 60 business days, even longer. If you went ahead with the order, we take it as your willingness to wait."

Her response is rude, shows no empathy nor takes any responsibility. Following her response was just the same tracking information that I already had, which leads to nowhere except that my China tracking # is now expired as it's been SO long.

I would not purchase from here again.

The worst online shopping experience ever. Do not buy from this company, the products are cheap Chinese-made clothes that can't survive more than few times being washed and the material used for particular colors (e.g. black, red, etc.) is mostly nylon, to the point that they feel and look (honestly) like a carnival costume. On the other hand the dark gray was acceptable but still not durable.

If you absolutely want these clothes you can order them easily from other web sites which sell them for e.g. $3-10 instead of $30. The clothes are exactly the same, probably from the same factory in China, just had a different brand name.

Now for the customer support…2 out of 3 items are ordered were terrible and not even as pictured. I immediately asked for a return and they've been answering ever since that they're very busy and will contact me back, that's the few times when they didn't completely ignore me. It's now been 6 months and I can't get any return or refund.

Steer well clear of this company.

Their customer service is appalling and the quality of their products is even worse.

I ordered an Assassin Creed hoodie and received it after a 10 month battle.

The first order was shipped to me without my house number on the address, so got returned to them. After months of emailing and FB Messenger messages I got a response that they would ship me another only if I paid the shipping cost as apparently the wrong address was my fault.
Stupidly I paid. The item came today and it is horrible. It's the cheapest thinnest polyester piece of rubbish I have ever seen. It is ill fitting, The hood is actually too small to be used as a hood. The pockets are tiny and I'm sure it would burst in to flames or melt if you got it slightly near something too hot.

Appalling company and appalling product. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a jacket from GeekHoodies after seeing great pictures & reviews on their website. Not only was it not true to size, but the material was of such poor quality & the item looked nowhere as nice as the pictures. I didn't' realise at 1st that they are from China. I emailed them several times with photos & told them that size, fit, & quality are all poor, with no response. I still haven't received a refund. Glad I didn't spend more or recommend it to my friends. Beware!

Got my Assasin's creed hoodie really fast. But it's a far cry from what the pictures showed. Quality is crap, and it's nothing like what it showed I ordered. Really was looking forward to my new gear. Now that I got it. It's not even what they advertised.

Ordered a XL, got a L with XXXL tags, I asked why, Geek Hoodies said "we use Asian sizing, check our chart," but by their own chart they sent me a L. Will not refund my money. Just keep looping the "we use Asian sizing" response. AVOID.

– The hoodie arrived after 3 months.
– They dont answer to emails, contact forms, or any other way.
– The item is a very cheap, poor, low quality and low-grade product.

Purchased in November 2016 now its March 2017 and still no order. When you get ahold of anyone (usually a month later) excuse is they have problems shipping to that area. I live in a major city Ottawa Canada. Also everything ships from China. Asked for a refund and they refused. Scam. Dont buy from them.

I ordered two jackets at $39 a piece these things are cheaply made and I ordered a medium and got an XL which is actually sort of like a medium size but they are made so poorly I still wanted to return them however I ordered in 5 months ago and still haven't recieved an email with return shipping options, I contacted them withing 10 days of recieving my order and I get about 1 email a month saying has this been resolved? each time I say no and ask for return instructions.

Subject summarizes it. While it did eventually come (45 days after ordering) it's complete garbage. The quality is poor, the materials are cheap. You get what you pay for – don't waste your money with these people.
