Once you buy Geek close the door and won鈥檛 talk to you at all . Forget about returning the product you bought. I returned the product and never got reimbursed . They are pure thieves .

I have just tried to contact customer support to be told, I cannot contact customer support due to excessive refunds?
The only time they have refund me is when they have not delivered an ordered item and they are blaming me for their non delivery! I ordered an item that they said was stocked in the USA so there would be no problem with delivery!.
Wrong! I ordered and it had a delivery date of 8/11/20! It is now 8/20/20 no sign of item tracking shows the item in Chino CA since 8/10/20. Chino CA is 60 miles from my apartment in Santa Monica? They have used COVID19 as an excuse for non delivery. They have used US Customs delays as an excuse, but this item was supposed to be in stock in USA! I have had mixed results as to quality of their items but am coming to the point that the hassle they give you is not worth the money. Bought Seiko watches and they were fake! This is the epitome of "You get what you pay for " but in this case I didn't even get that! Customer Service has a link to " How do I get back in Good Favor"? Basically it says, ordered more and if we don't deliver don't complain! F' that! I have ordered from bothGeek & Wish (same company) for years it has only got really bad over the last 6-9 months. Now it is not worth the trouble!

This is the worst store that I have ever in my life ordered from not only are the thieves cause they steal your money and you just out of that money,but they stupid,you tell them not to do something they do it anyway,you cant ask them questions and they so scared how they rob people its only computer you talk to they stay and hide like little cowards,I wished I would havr read reviews before I ordered from these thieves but they only steal from kids and disable people or the ones that thousands of miles,they just like wish,thieves liars and sorry ass cowards,be smart,go to Ali express or ebay or Amazon or anything but Geek or Wish stay away

From April, delivery date changed and no contact, four products ordered in April and none arrived. Items bought from China on eBay are delivered in a maximum of a month. Scammers

I would give this a zero never order from wish.com or geek.com they are serum I order an item for buy now pay later I paid half of the money and select a date for my next payment they went into my bank account and redraw the total money of the item that I order so that the next month I will pay the remaining balance there are SCAM!!!!

I'd give this a zero if I could out of thirty item's only one turned up five months later two tablet's they say were delivered and were not as I contacted Yodel who were meant to deliver they said the tracking number was bogus pls do not buy from these crook's I've lost a lot of money and if anyone can help me please let me know

I wouldn't prefer no one to order from this company I ordered a black smartwatch with a black band and what I received was a rose gold watch with a brown band which in my opinion was for a female I've never seen a guy walking around with a rose gold smartwatch so I emailed the company the same day and haven't received a response yet

Absolutely impossible to get a refund. I ordered an item on the 3rd May 2020. Tracking says it was delivered on the 15th May 2020, I DONT THINK SO! It is now 17th June and i have been trying for the last 10 days to get a response or a refund, but every time i'm met with the same automated and non-helpful response. Customer service from this company is shocking!!!

My last purchase May 2nd and 3rd 5th 12th and so on like 6 orders, all my products expired on a 3 week delivery already. I Been 6 weeks and date keeps changing. Last I bought products labeled ship from USA fast shipping and the shipping info says shipped from China. The customer service is automated text and its useless even to describe it. Has good deals but the time to Geek to deliver is very bad lately unlike in 2018 2019. I would keep buying but not till I get my ordered goods and they update the app customer service.

THIS IS A TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE SCAM! I ordered a tabletop gaming machine on May 14, 2020. The site claimed I would receive it in 5-7 business days. After TEN business days, I emailed them to ask where my product was. They had the unmitigated GALL to say that because of COVID-19 their warehouse had "unforeseen delays", and I would have to wait 7 MORE business days to receive the item. I told them to cancel and refund my money but they claimed it was a final sale and they would be happy to refund after I received the item. Still waiting……..Total freaking scam and because they mentioned COVID-19 I delayed putting a stop payment on until they snatched my money. Very angry!!!!

I will never order here again it's June I been waiting on my orders since April and on top of that your website lie about the date I supposed to receive my packages.the dates on my packages been changed too many times. That's why I took my business to Amazon they have 100 percent customer service and they do lie to customers they packages always arrive on time and Geek have 10percent customer service .So thumbs down

We ordered 6 reusable, and quite expensive "GeekMasks" on April 30, 2020. Payment posted to our credit card on May 3, 2020. I received an email on May 5 stating: Your package has shipped! with a tracking number. The tracking information has not changed since May 8 – is shows it as awaiting pick up by the carrier. I sent emails directly and through their website asking for an update on the tracking and received no response. I sent another email cancelling on May 26 and received an email that said my order was not refundable for 12 hours after being placed. I just disputed the transaction with my credit card – Capital One – and they were great, but save yourself the time and aggravation and don't order from GeekMask.
