I researched extensively online before settling on Denelli Italia. However I think one of the few things you can't judge online is how comfortable a sofa feels. Just as well because having visited their vast showroom and sitting on every single sofa I chose something very different from what I had in mind. Having made my purchase I already knew the quality of the product (although I think the two sofas and a footstool I purchased look even better in my lounge than in the showroom).
Especially because of the Coronavirus situation I didn't expect the sofas to be ready a month ahead of time. I also didn't expect the exceptional customer service when arranging and carrying out delivery. I received notice by email that the sofas were ready ( I had to delay it a bit to remove my old sofas ). I agreed a date, a 3 hour time slot on that date via email and a phone call on the day letting me know they were 40 minutes away. They arrived bang on time and the two guys making the delivery were so considerate and careful with my new furniture but also my doors, walls light fittings. It is a very skilled job manoeuvring giant sofas down hallways etc. They positioned my sofas exactly where I wanted them and were willing to move them and alter the position if it wasn't perfectly positioned (My husband doesn't do that). They unpacked everything and removed all the packaging leaving everything pristine before they left. My whole experience from researching online to visiting the showroom to receiving the furniture in my home could not have been better. I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone interested in quality and service.

I ordered a Biplane Coffee Table with a ceramic base. Was quoted 8-10 weeks lead time which I though was a bit much. We are now approaching week 12 and still no delivery. 🙁

We found this company on a search engine (can't remember which one) and we were very fortunate.
from my first chat with Ay Jay to delivery it all went smoothly. We have bought the noir 3seater + 1seater(chair but it's big) and it looks terrific

Extremely helpful showroom staff and not at all pushy. We were allowed to browse in peace and not harassed at all. Once we had an idea of what we wanted Oliver (the salesman) was more than happy to spend a lot of time helping us out. We were advised of a delivery window but given all of the Covid restrictions there was some uncertainty but nevertheless our sofas were delivered towards the earlier part of the dates given. Delivery was prompt and the delivery men were extremely polite, efficient and careful. Sofas assembled and packing taken away. New sofas seem to be very well made, high quality and very comfortable. We had a couple of minor questions on delivery but these were dealt with very helpfully.

The whole process with Denelli Italia was very smooth from ordering to installation. The guys in the showroom were very accommodating and spent plenty of time discussing what we were looking for and considering different options, The sofa is really good quality and looks lovely. Delivery was as expected obviously delayed due to the Covid situation in Italy, but I was kept informed of this which was appreciated. Would definitely order from Denelli again!

Provided excellent levels of service despite the corona virus pandemic. Pleased with the sofa and dining room table I bought. The courier / installer they used was excellent too.

Great service the showroom has a variety of high end furniture to please anybody's taste. I purchased a white leather sofa that looks amazing in my living room. I am very happy and will be spending more of my hard earned with these guys.

My experience with Denelli Italia has been excellent and above all expectations, this is no ordinary furniture franchise and the experience right from entering their massive showroom in Milton Keynes to purchasing and receiving the dining table, chairs, coffee table, curio unit and tv unit has been amazing! The furniture is top notch excellent quality and Ajay has been helpful in all matters regarding the furniture including even suggestions on which range to go with! Having searched south of London for couches that weren鈥檛 boring, clumsy and puffy , I discovered the Denelli website and drove from Worthing in West Sussex to Milton Keynes to see the showroom. Gorgeous ,sleek Italian design and just what I wanted. They took a while to arrive but that was explained and so worth the wait, perfectly delivered and installed . I would highly recommend Denelli .

Walking into the showroom in May 2019 after visiting the website i was impressed with the different designs found no where else.
I had my heart already on a U style sofa and unfortunately all the other high street sofa shops sold them in separate units but whenever i sat on them they felt really hard and the positioning was not natural.
So we dealt with Vijay and he really let us roam around in showroom, once we were ready he made fantastic suggestions about design and comfortability. He directed us to a sofa and we sat instantly knew this was the one. To really put the icing on the cake he had given us so many options on leather and colours i thought wow, this looks expensive. He gave us the breakdown and to be honest it was over what we thought originally in terms of budget, we thought we really like it and its looks and feels just how we want it to. So we did the deal.
Ordering was simple, confirmation and other paperwork straight forward. Approx Delivery date was given and left with samples to match rest of the open plan living.

Vijay called in July and confirmed delivery dates and the day finally came…. the delivery guys did the job removed all the rubbish and explained everything, they were professional.

Its now September and we are extremely happy with the sofa, came out better then we thought, it still looks the same as it did the 1st day it arrived no matter how many people or the usage it just bounces back immediately, I鈥檝e brought many sofas in the past for my own properties and rental properties but i cannot put into words how good this company is, the sales was not pushy, the professionalism and the quality that you will not be able to find on high streets.

I would recommend go see them before you order any living, dining furniture.

My furniture took almost 10 weeks to get delivered. Denelli was in contact with me throughout. Payment, delivery and assembly went smooth. Denelli has been very accommodating and helpful throughout. Everything is perfect. Despite ordering it without physically seeing even a single item and going by a staff member鈥檚 word, I am not only satisfied but very happy with all products and the service provided by Denelli.

Stephen was absolutely fantastic towards me and my family when we visited the showroom on 1st Dec 2018.
We came back home and decided what furniture to buy, we made an order over the phone which went very smoothly. Especially the low deposit to make things easier.
Furniture all delivered to our new home during the latter part of March 2019, by two of the very best, courteous delivery men we have ever met, they were totally Phenomenal throughout the time they spent with us putting the furniture in place. A real credit to the company. The furniture itself is better than we could have hoped for and we know it will last for many years to come.

Superb quality products….we purchased 3 sofa's. The team in the showroom who helped us with our order were very knowledgeable. Now that the seats have arrived they look even better than we imagined.

The delivery team were excellent….taking great care not to damage the house. They cleared away the packing rubbish before leaving.

A very good experience when initially visiting the showroom in Milton Keynes and speaking to Steve. Purchased very nice furniture and agreed date for delivery. Furniture delivered on time and with no hassle. An all round excellent experience which I would highly recommend!
