no one picked it up. consumer service doesn't reply to phone calls (I called everyday during more than a week). I spent more on the phone versus the delivery already.
They don't answer to emails either.
this is so far the worst consumer experience I have ever had.
you should better contract any other company than delnext. you can't even cancel your order.
run away from them, they are amators.

To compensate for the damage, they asked me to provide a delivery receipt. I explained to them in numerous e-mails that their delivery men didn't provide me any nor make me sign anything. Their only reply to that has been: "This document is mandatory" and "it will be your words against the driver"
They didn't take the time to evaluate the particularity of this situation and the worst part is that they won't compensate for their mistake because they didn't give me the paper necessary for that. I exchanged so many e-mails to receive the same answer. Which kind of company doesn't listen to its customers and doesn't take their responsibilities?
I don't recommend them at all but if you don't mind to receive your stuff broken, feel free to try them.

The parcel still not arrived – it was supposed to arrive 8 days ago. Then Delnext said that they have been here (impossible) so they reschedule to last Friday. I missed a day at work to stay the entire day at home and guess what..?! Nobody show up with the parcel and they also didnt contact me. Finally, today, my Dad contact them and surprise surprise… the parcel is so damaged that they didn鈥檛 delievered!!!!!!
So now i鈥檓 still waiting to know when i will receive and in which conditions will be but I known already that the box is destroyed as I saw a photo..
If you are checking companies, dont choose this one or will happen the same as my last two times……

The Delnext service offered the option to drop the parcel off at a local Chronopost drop-off point, which is the option I selected. I checked with the drop-off point (Auchan, Arena, Torres Vedras) that they will receive and process Chronopost items, which they confirmed. I noticed from the drop-off choices on the Delnext website that the drop-off point options included Auchan, Arena, Torres Vedras which is correct and had been updated (since the previous time when it incorrectly stated Jumbo) so everything seemed correct.
However, the labels provided by Delnext and attached to the item were not recognised by the Chronopost drop-off receptionist and I was unable to post the item.
This the second time this has happened and, having checked carefully before purchasing, I am extremely angry at the time wasted and result.
Secondly, despite having chosen the drop-off option, all of the Delnext references to my parcel state that they are going to collect it.

They lost my parcel and refuse to pay the insurance out even though they have been sent a copy of my bank transfer to the owner of the purchase !! they say its not an Invoice..
Cost me 515 euros … never use these thieves !!!

I've sent several messages to DelNext via email and Facebook messenger. After several days waiting you may or may not get a response, it's a complete gamble. When you do finally get a response, they rarely answer the question you ask, and they seem unable to look back at past conversation history. The result is you go round and round in circles and still no nothing.
For some reason I still entrusted them to ship my parcel – I guess I was blinded by the slightly better prices they offered compared to the competition.
I am pleased to say the package was actually collected. Unfortunately there has been no information on the whereabouts of the package since. The item was collected on 7th. Today, four days later, the tracking just says 'Pending – in the collection process'. It seems Delnext are not even aware they've collected the package.
What a load of garbage!!!

They have a phone number that doesn't work. You have to rely on series of email (from some Raul) like someone here also mentioned. Long and several emails with no result.
The boxes that managed to arrive were in terrible shape and some box was missing.
It was easier getting in touch with the third parting shipping company delnext used than with delnext. This is very odd and weird.
They have a phone for spain and portugal and neither can be reached.
Bad customer service, lack of empathy, poor tracking system, etc.
I thought they were cheap, but compared to other company services I used after the terrible experience with them, they are not the cheapest on the block.
I first used them a few years ago(around 2016), when it was a start-up and things were better.
Now in 2018 its expanding but the service is terrible, seems to be going downhill. As its obvious here from the date of people's reviews.
My advice to anyone, use them only with things not worth much and with few boxes at a time.
They lack accountability.
I am still hanging on, hoping they will miraculously find missing boxes, but I am so discouraged further with these reviews. 🙁

Now…I have already reviewed in another post here my particular, bad experience with Delnext. I will not talk about that anymore. What I will call your attention to is their mechanical reply to *all* the reviews left in this thread: *all* the answers are the *same*! Meaning that either those replies were done a software or even if a human being came by it was only to "copy-n-paste" positive/negative answers.
And that should also indicate to you the kind of company you're dealing with. I don't know about you, but when I complain about something, politely as I am right now, I expect a decent answer. An meaningful answer, not a careless message.

UPDATE: after this review they promised to repay. However they are no longer responding to my queries and no money ever arrived. We are continuing with our legal EU money claims procedure to recover the money.

I order a express service from them in the beginning of the month. Expecting that my package woul arrive in one week, like they say it was going to happen, but after 2 months they didn't delivery and have LOST my package! ! !
And the reimbursement? ! They aRe always given me some other answers. UNBELIEVABLE! ! !
