Worst experience ever with an online retailer. Ordered two items 15 months ago, first delivery (which was very late already) we got completely wrong order (decoration instead of furniture!), second delivery (after waiting for months) we got only one of the two items, and more than a year later still didn't receive any refund for an item worth several hundreds of euros! Customer service is not reactive and claimed we did receive the right order, while the delivery papers clearly show we only got one item instead of two, before promising a refund that never came.
