Bus going London to Paris return did not have WiFi either way, despite being advertised as such. Highly inconvenient. I emailed their customer support team early on in the first leg to query it and have not received any response.
On the way to Paris the bus' air-conditioning did not operate on idle and during the long idle periods at Dover it was uncomfortably hot, almost unbearable. It was the middle of the night. People were fanning themselves on the bus.
Two online booking attempts saw the ticket price double just prior to ticket confirmation; they should be able to reserve a seat at a stable price during the booking process like every single other ecommerce website.
Average service which falls below what was advertised.

Very helpful staff, online quick response and caring

I was travelling from Lausanne to Lyon. The bus showed up 10 minutes late, and left 30 minutes late. We got NO explanation why we were leaving Lausanne so late.

Also, the driving itself was not good. Several times we made sudden stops which made the seat belt cut into your body. At leat I was happy there was a seat belt.

Never travelling with Eurolines/Deinbus again.

Deinbus from Prag To Berlin(21/0518), not recommended at all. The copilot very impolite and rude. Bad Service.

Expensive, no service, nothing on board, unable to do a goodwill gesture!
Just incompetent.
