i upgraded my account to premium then i used same link to download file ,its was showing
'Error: Filehoster is temporarily disabled for maintenance' plus status of RAPIDGATOR was showing DOWN.
i wrote to the deepbrid that either resolve the problem or refund the amount as there is mention in site that we will respond you within 24 hours but till now i did not reply back of my first ticket which was generated 12 days back.

Through Jdownloader2 it does not connect.

22 days without a single answer to the tickets. Oh, and they don't answer tickets probably because they are too busy flagging opinions here citing they don't believe I had a "genuine experience". No worries guys. Screenshots sent to Trustpilot.
After 15 days, tickets remain unanswered. Zero customer support.
Of course, that alone would be enough, but I was trying different hosts to see if there was some that would work. In most cases, they show as "online" and when you send the link it doesn't work or returns some error. In other cases they even say the file is not available, but you can download same file from a regular browser.
So, waste of money and most important, time, hoping it was a temporary problem, but that seems the norm. On FB they answered and they said "we will look at your ticket". Of course, they didn't.

This is me Ahsan Qamar, I recently reviewd deepbrid service on this website, based on the experience that after my purchase, I tried to use their service but none of the host work, not even torrent.
Then I created ticket which they didn't respond to, then I contacted via email and fb they just blocked me on fb without any reply.
After one day of my 13 euro purchase they suspended my account because I created other ticket regarding my issue.
If you ever see this, don't buy their service or you end up in this site right above me.

Dont buy it if you need other hosters.
Most or hosters dont work even they claim are online.
Maybe 2-3 mainstream hosters work most of time without serious problems.
Support is rarely seen, if so then is unprofessional and rude.
Probably running by some teen kids. Considering 400-600 users online,
support work and membership price, this all looks like a school project.
Edit: Keep note they are always upgrading their rating by "reviews" to stay over 3 stars. Even live support is not available for days and nobody replies to emails. No negative review can stay over. Scamming is cheaper than invest to real hosters accounts..

3 or 4 hosters dont work? In which universe? Its mirracle to find working one. Dozens of tickets?
You are rude and lie even after 1 question to support. Still dont have answer for email I sent months ago when live support was not available guess like 50 days or more. No need 3, 5, dozens.
Anyone who has downloaded a few files can see what you are doing. You cant afford to buy more hosters accounts to cover 10% of requests.
And same blaming you show in support chat after you are asked for funcitonality. Read reviews bellow.
I will make a youtube video on a random day to all can see how deepbrid really works and how many hosters is available. Answer me after that again.

Support situation long time before Covid was much worse, support looked like dont exist. Now is at least sometimes online even is rude and not helpful.
Multihosters are offering +- same hosters. Except Deepbrid – they have few more – less usual or expensive hosters. Problem is that can be (except price) the only reason why people buy Deepbrid. (you need download 1 file so pay 1 week deepbrid instead of 1 month hoster subscription) But these services are not working for long time – if they ever worked…
Deepbrid do nothing. Still keeping them in offer and in online status. Just to catch new customers. Its obviously scam.
If you ask support they will not answer or say some lie like its temporary, maintenance.
These hostings have some daily capacity so to cover whole demand Deepbrid needs more their accounts.. expensive accounts..no matter whether using uploaders rewards or money to buy.
If promoted hosters are ever working, maybe very few people in specific time can download limited quantity.
Definitely its not guaranteed offer for every customer.
(For that no other multihosters offers it.)
But if they remove these never working hosters, it will bring less new customers. (Read 1 stars reviews)
Do you want to dowload by rapidgator? I can only recommend Deepbrid. Despite occasional maintenance and speed problems. Daily limit is OK, price too.
But other hosters? Sure Im not using 84 hosters every day, but I can remember maybe 2 working more often than in 30% of cases (mostly 0 %).
Number of users online is +- stable.
So guess now I should wait like half year til Deepbrid live support will be traditionally available. And then they will not be rude and telling fairy tales about Im opening millions of tickets (or more than 1) making their lives hard by my daily troubles. And they will probably offer free account extension for my troubles If I edit my review. And they will probably pay it by money of scammed 1star review people, who couldnt catch support for months.
(Whats going about? Its just 5 bucks…)
As bonus they save time for creating new truspilot accounts to rise up rating.

A bit long story but If scammer blames you of lying, one line is not enough. This is not Deepbrid support,
where things are solved by silence.
Reason to ignore this service is their (his) acting, it will not change even all hosters would be 100% time online.

Sometimes the download starts as premium … then suddenly disconnects and continues as free user on low speed.
I tested Deepbrid now for a month and … you are better off getting one premium account where u know it will work!
Its a scam. Period.

Support inquiries are not being responded to at all, they do ignore me – while on the other hand Deepbrid staff seems to be very, very active trying to remove reviews describing their dubious business practice here on Trustpilot.

Support team response time are currently not the best due to the fact that they are overloaded, but they strive to respond to everyone and solve problems.
Overall I am satisfied and recommend it!
