Never had a problem with them. Simple interface but with advanced features. Plenty of locations available too.

Their service technical service is good so far.

However, I am afraid they are sitting too much in front of the computer and therefore lack in the ability to behave empathetic with humans.

I wanted to add funds to my account, but the system took the order twice (I not aware of confirming the payment twice because I entered the CVC2 only once) and deducted the same amount twice, although I only wanted to add money once.

The question if they would refund the second accidental order was first answered:

"Our terms and conditions state we do not give refunds for added payments. The credit will sit on the account to pay future invoices."

after asking once more:

"… the funds are not lost they will just sit on the account to pay future invoices we cannot provide a refund"

Thank you, I am aware that the money is not lost – I will just have to stay double time with your service and you deducted money from my credit card I disagree with!

Had been using this company for a while with no problems but their billing system is not fit for purpose and started taking money from both our credit card and PayPal. We attempted to recover a significant balance but were told this was not refundable (our money!); and then found (having been told we could use the money as credit against future payments) that they'd emptied our credit balance. Gone. This is nothing short of theft.

Customer Support is non-existent. Tickets closed without a response if they don't like the question you're answering.

Can categorically say avoid like the plague!

I paid a 1 year subscription for a VPS on the 20th of november 2016. They issued a new invoice on the 15th of november 2017. I wanted to stop the service, but they told me that it was only possible only if I paid the invoice. As you saw it was 5 days before the end of my 1 year subscription.
Consequently, I had to pay 220 euros on the 15th of november to stop the web hosting service at Dediserve.
I have cancelled my service 12 hours ago, and still I can see it active. I guess the support team is located in India and that's why there is a time difference issue.

Their hardware and support is very good, but their network is bad, sometimes slow and doesnt have DDoS Protection.
I hope later they will improve this cons.
