Also the 拢90 set up fee is over the top as when it arrived the engineer told me that the scooter had been assembled weeks ago. So I probably would have received it ready assembled without the large fee.

The scooter lives up to the description on the website

Would definitely use this company again.

I feel I must respond to the utter load of BS you have put in you reply, the reply is totally out of context which proves my comment you are full of hot air and not worth dealing with.
1 I have never received a cheque for 拢70, check your bank account!!!
2 I did not receive emails on 5th or 20th Dec, check your sent box.
3 I never had a receipt for the 拢70 as you know in my email to you I had paid cash as I was so pleased the scooter was now working and said to you it would be a nice gesture if you reimbursed me which you agreed to do, your email dated Dec 2nd.
4 Your engineer on the 26th Sept did not leave the scooter in full working order as you well know from my emails sent to you!! If it had been in full working order with no faults found why did you ask me to return by parcel post the battery pack as you thought there must be a loose connection also when the battery pack was returned to me there was no change with the ongoing fault?
5 Following an email to you in Nov setting out three options a new scooter, full refund or repair by third party to which you did not reply although you say you did I decided to see if a local company could carry out the repair which they did.
6 I was very surprised to receive an email from you asking if you could deliver a brand new scooter to replace my in your words (scooter in perfect working order) I emailed you stating the scooter had been repaired to my satisfaction by a third party and not to send a replacement.
Nothing like the BS you spouted in your reply I guess you were getting me mixed up with another unhappy customer.
Just so you know how incompetent your company is the fault was the four pin plug and socket between the main body and motor unit not making a proper connection, this feeds the motor and electric brake (ring any bells the fault I described all along).
Can鈥檛 wait for more BS in your reply.

I called several times to chase and I was given tracking details that dident track anything at all.
Lastly I was told twice today I would be called back before close of play (17:30) this dident happen.
As of now iv had to pay over the odds to get the part from a different company as time was the biggest issue.
So pretty disappointing and my advice to people in a rush for parts…..
BUY FROM SOME ONE ELSE

Following the below reply from the company;
Utter twaddle. No cards left through the door. My wife being disabled is home 99% of the time and no emails or messages were or have been sent saying the parcel is out and due for delivery. If you are unable to fulfill an order, lieing about it doesn't do the company any favours. Even me making several phone calls to the company failed to get any answers as to the whereabouts of my order. An apology is much better than a lie!
Yet again I have a response. I have cctv installed at my property and there is no visits by a courier and certainly no refusal to accept a delivery, especially as the tyres were desperately needed. From this I can only surmise the tyres were delivered to another property, hence why they were rejected!

I bought a powerstroll from them and was left waiting for it to even be despatched.
When I contacted them to ask what was happening I was told 'It was lost in transit' (might I add, I had no emails that it had been despatched at this point) and so they said they had sent another.
I then got an email from a courier company to expect a parcel and a despatched notice email from Lifelight, great!
It then turned out they had sent me the wrong item (the much cheaper and 'lite' version, when I paid for the heavy duty – so wouldn't have been safe had my partner not noticed when assembling. It also turned out it didn't fit our wheelchair as we had attendant brakes, which wasn't mentioned that it wouldn't be suitable for on their site.)
I sent the item back and it was signed for on Feb 8th. A week later and still no contact from them that they had even received the item, let alone had started the process or just literally any acknowledgement, so I contacted them and was told they had no idea it was with them, and they would go find out what had happened to it. I wasn't contacted back so I ended up chasing them up again on Feb 20th, It was a very abrupt call (it only lasted 33 seconds) and I was just told 'Yeah it was processed this morning, thanks bye'
Were now at March 6th and having spoken with my card company to see why the money hasn't gone into my account, they tell me it hasn't actually been posted and so I need to go back to the company.
I call them again and get told that nobody is available to take my call, but that someone will respond. At least the person I spoke to this time tried, whenever I have spoken to Jason or Gary (they both have the same voice and accent) I just get fobbed off and lied to.
I'm getting charged by my card company for their incompetence aswell, so overall its been a pretty awful experience, and I assume most of the 5 star reviews made were just by the company management's family and friends!

Made appointment and no show by life lite mobility. l was left waiting with disabled wife and kids outside for an hour. If this is how poor the service is before you even purchase, imagine the after service. Thank goodness did not buy from Life lite mobility.

Thank you for the reply 2 & 1/2 years later, shows how poor your service really is. Once again glad I did not do business with Life Light Mobility.

Then all indicator lights went out and scooter stopped dead. With the insurance, I have a get you home service so managed to get the scooter home. Phoned Lifelight and they said that they will phone me back Wednesdayish. Waited until Friday and still no call. Put a message on facebook asking for them to get in touch and waited again – NOTHING.
Sent email and still nothing. Lost all confidence in them. Quick to take my money but no follow up and no contact even to say they cant do owt till later. Fed up with their silence
03/11/2017 Update: After a couple of visits from the engineer, Lifelight finally took the scooter away for more intensive tests. Final diagnoses was dead Li-Ion battery. Got the scooter back on the 24th October and did a number of test runs which all went successfully. On the 12th Sept took the scooter on one extra long journey of 45 miles. This was a success as I got back with still at least 8 mile range remaining. All seems OK now.
