Brad did an amazing job both with dealing with me and also with my bank. Not an easy situation but he was an absolutely calm, considerate representative of your company A pleasure to work with and he resolved a very complicated issue. I took out the service policy yesterday and am thrilled that I did due to the help I have gotten from Brad.

Do not use this company. You are better off calling Quicken Support at 650-250-1900 to get support. It will not cost you $599. You can get premium support for $49.

Do not use this service. I was told by the consultant assigned to me that my QB data was corrupt and I would have to pay $599.00 for 12 months or $699 for 24 months of service for them to fix my data and that this was the only solution. He made it sound as if I did not do it right then I would loose years of business data. This was a complete lie! When I called QuickBooks/Intuit for help they were able to covert my data from QB 2009 to QB 2016 for free and error free. In addition the consultant assigned to me was rude and condescending. This is a scam. I鈥檓 glad I did not believe him but worry that others might. This is not a reputable company.

Explained things well and solved issues in a timely manner.
Andrew has done a first class job in helping us to resolve our issues with quick books due to an electrical storm and messed up back up files. He answered all of my questions and helped to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
