I, like many others, are wary of online shopping. It's dicey as far as the merchandise and the company that sells it. I have purchased items from Conscious Items for over three years and have only had the most wonderful interaction with them. They have incredible people on the team that kept me informed all the way to the end each time. Confirmation of order, check. Shipping, check. Out for delivery, check. Delivered, check. I never have to guess or track my orders. The merchandise they offer is the highest quality I have found, and believe me, I have tried many. The jewelry is outstanding, well made, and even more beautiful than the pictures. I bought a Selenite lamp, that just makes me smile thinking about it while I write this. It's precious. I also bought my husband an obsidian and tiger eye bracelet that is stunning. Very masculine, but beautiful. In these days where one gets entangled with the wrong seller and it's a fight to the end for resolution, I never, ever have to worry when working with this company. I love everything about how they do business.

The Ladies at Conscious Items are absolutely wonderful. I have purchased several bracelets and stones. I had a little situation where on the bracelets broke on the first day wearing it. I contacted Conscious Items and immediately they apologized for the broken bracelet and worked to get me a new one as quickly as possible. They sent it directly to me from the warehouse because it was not in stock at the time. I told them I was willing to wait because the bracelet meant so much to me. They cared for me as a customer and that means so much to me. The products are absolutely phenomenal and they鈥檙e great quality. I highly recommend the items from Conscious Items! Recently purchased the quartz crystal lamp and I love it! The crystal is beautiful and I love that it is not attached so you can use other towers also. The chakra bracelet and raw crystal set is very nice quality. Super fast shipping and excellent customer service!
