I just got back from my business trip from Amsterdam and still can't believe how unpleasant was my encounter with your Amsterdam 3 days Travel Ticket. I ordered voucher on 21st June, on the voucher states that I should claim my ticket at AKO bookshop. AKO bookshop staff claims that they not issuing tickets anymore. Staff sent us to red minivan outside that sell day tickets, but staff had no clue about voucher as well. In the end wasted and hour just to be told to buy a new one. According your terms statement e tickets are not refundable. So now i am left with useless voucher that cost me 28 eur.
