7 weeks later no delivery nor a response
7 weeks ago I have ordered 3 pieces of a product. The delivery was pretty fast but I only got 1 piece instead of 3 pieces. I called the customer service to report the mistake. 7 weeks 5 calls and emails to the customer service later still nothing.
Save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else….

We purchase online Dolce Gusto caffe machine, on 11 May it suppose to arrive after 2 weeks, today 1st July whenever I'm writing them email they saying next week probably I will receive.

I paid online for a Trotinette electric with Conforama.ch. It was advertised as being ready for pick up 4 days after purchase. After a week or two of being told that it should be ready any day now. They changed the expected delivery date to 20 days after the purchase date. When that date passed without a new date to pick up my Trotinette electric I became very angry. Today is the 28th day after purchase date. On the phone they said there is no date set for the arrival of the product at this time and that I could apply for a reimbursement. Or I could go in person to the manager at conforama in the sales dept where they sell Trotinettes and ask him. Sure LOL

Disaster of a company. Ordered a chair with delivery expected in 7 to 10 days. That was a month ago. No chair, no refund, just lots of calls and emails to useless CS department. They said it was sent and even gave me a tracking number which turned out not to correspond to any package in the system. Avoid if you can.

I usually never write these reviews, but this company is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. If only negative stars was a thing. I ordered a product online more than a month ago. Tried to cancel the article after 1 week and they told me it was not possible because it had already been put on the post. However, they couldn't provide a tracking number. I tried cancelling multiple times over the course of last month. Nobody ever was willing to help me until I threatened to chargeback on my credit card. Almost 2 weeks after this confirmation that they would process my request I now get an email that they gave the product to the mail for delivery, completely ignoring my cancellation request. Above all this their service line is regularly full at you don't get put on a waitlist they just tell you to call back at a later time, expecting you to just retry all day and hope to get throughj.
I have no idea who works for this company but I am pretty sure it's run by monkeys, and that is an insult to the monkeys. Dealing with their customer support is the equivalent of shoving a pineapple up your ass. DO NOT BUY AT THIS COMPANY. The reviews speak for itself. If despite all these overwhelmingly negative reviews you still decide to shoot yourself in the foot then I applaud your bravery.

How can you award negative stars?
We ordered our sofa on 2 February 2020. Lockdown occurred a week before our delivery due date and we made peace with the fact it would be delayed. However after numerous attempts at making contact to understand the delay we were sent a generic response 14 weeks after our order was placed saying due to logistical issues our order couldn't be honoured and a refund would be processed in 15 days.
Now here is the fishy part. We bought this sofa on promotion 200fr cheaper than regular retail price, that same sofa is still available on their website to order at full price today May 21st so if there was an issue why are they still selling it? Secondly they had 7 weeks to produce our order, so hiding behind Covid-19 as an excuse is poor given the companies who have actually suffered over this time.
They dont seem to respond on this platform and given that I have attempted to get this resolved directly with them before publicly posting this review I feel I have been more than fair and can only warn those not familiar with retail in Switzerland to stay away from this sub par excuse for a modern retail offering.

I ordered on April 6, 2020. Two of the items were regular household items that I paid for delivery, which said 2 day delivery. It is April 24th and nothing has arrived. I had a friend call to ask in French and they said that it will arrive by May 1st. So much for 2 day delivery. With this order, I also order a patio furniture set. It said 2 weeks for delivery to our home. On the phone today, they said they don't know when it's arriving and it would delivered to the store. I don't have a way to get it to my home from the store and at this point, I don't want anything from them ever again for this horrible service. All it would take is an email update and the option to cancel if they can't delivery what they promised.

A raclette grill was on sale. I went to buy it in Wallisellen, Switzerland, but it wasn't on stock. I had to pay the full price, to be delivered in 14 days.
After 14 days, as I didn't receive any notice, I called them up. They told me, that they cannot deliver it. They said that I should go to another conforama, where they see that it's still available and buy it there, then go back to them to get my money back. They did not even want to transfer the item to their shop themselves. No compensation at all.

Not recomend to buy sales prise iphone with white box.
Self modified low quilt iPhones!. only sales prise phones like (mpman , iphone 6, 6s with white box without any apple logo ) which are not quality product..
Recomend to buy new mobiles…and othe new stuff in conform

Very cheap products that are completely useless and last very little. We received an order for 2 chairs missing the screws and after 3 emails and 2 calls to the customer service, we got no response whatsoever.
On top of it, we ordered coffee capsules and they were expired by 3 months… this shop is just a joke

This store is a fraud!!!
I cannot believe the authorities in Switzerland, a country so proud for quality they offer, gave authorization to such fraudulent store to sell in their country!
Conforama Meyrin dared to deliver broken furniture even if they noticed it in deposit and that is because (as the delivery person sais) you basically have 2 options: either you accept it broken (although you pay for brand new stuff!!!) or you agree to return it but you will not receive it ever ever again!!!
They will not take your phones, if you get someone to answer they will pretend they have never heard of this and they will see what can be done… each employee of Conforama you鈥檒l talk to – they hear your issue for the first time… there is no remark in their system etc.
I am astonished to see the authorities ignore the consumers complaints!
