I've purchased from ConcordSupplies.com numerous times and I've consistently found their service, delivery and support to be outstanding. I buy quite a bit of printer ink and toner and Concord's prices are the best I've found. When I have had delivery issues, I've called them and they worked with FedEx to resolve the issue. I'd recommend them as a quality provider of printer supplies.

I was ripped off by Concord Supplies. I ordered a replacement toner cartridge for a Dell printer and when the package arrived, I opened the bag inside to find the toner ink had all leaked out. I called and emailed several times trying to get a refund. They keep claiming they've mailed or faxed return labels, but it has now been over a month since I first called and I still haven't received anything from them. I sent an email again yesterday and they sent me a rude reply basically stating that since I am unable to receive the labels they claim to have mailed and faxed, they will not send any more return labels. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Concord Supplies – they sell you defective products and will not allow you to return them.

Ordered item and received it on the third businesss day. Had fun tracking the shipment
Item performed perfectly. Now I'm sold on Premium compatibles.
I'd recommend Concord Supplies to anybody. I'm a happy camper and I'll be back.
