Purchasing from the ComputerPirates website was extremely quick and easy and the WD NAS hard drive I required was the least expensive, by a quite large margin, than I could find anywhere else. Communication was excellent and the drive arrived with 2 days despite being shipped from Germany. I do hope Brexit does not change our ability to access to what is an extremely competitive online company.

They sell items that aren't actually in stock and showing that they are!! When buying the item, I thought I'm buying it directly from ComputerPirates not from a third party, and that the equipment is available to be shipped to me. Apparently the stock shown on their website does not reflect their actual warehouse stock but the numbers that their suppliers committed to deliver. On the website, estimated delivery time was between 2 and 4 working days, and I was charged immediately after placing the order. Had to cancel my order because they sold me an item they didn't have. Got the money back next working day.

Brilliant service. I was searching for a Sony VPL-HW65ES projector. Came across computerpirates.co.uk who had the model for sale at the cheapest price I could find, by over 拢250!

I was unsure about placing an order for such a high value item from a company I had never heard of, based in mainland Europe, and at an unbeatable price.

There was absolutely no reason to worry. The service was brilliant. Very fast and responsive email updates on my order, and the projector arrived on time and very well packaged.

I purchased a laptop from Computerpirates last year January. The delivery was prompt and the price was comparatively low too. Recently I had a technical issue with the laptop but was afraid that the warranty had run out and that the laptop would basically go to waste. I contacted Computerpirates assuming that they would not be willing to help as it had been over a year since the initial purchase and the warranty was handled by Acer. Instead a CS representative jumped right on the issue, contacted Acer, and got my warranty extended to 3 years free of charge. It is now being fixed by Acer and my laptop survived. I will definitly be using Computerpirates for future purchases, as great customer service is rare these days! Thank you again!

Was looking everywhere for very hard to find 40 inch 4K monitor from Philips (BDM4065UC). Most vendors either didnt reply to email, or gave ETA of 5-6 weeks with no guarantee of that even. These guys replied immediately and said they could source immediately with 1-2 days shipping to them and 2-3 to me. 4 days from that email reply, I am typing on my new monitors! ComputerPirates were super responsive to email (even at 9pm GMT!) and sent me tracking info right away too (DPD.de). And to top it all, they were the cheapest of them all too! HIGHLY recommended vendor!

Find it excellent value for money. Absolutely fantastic, 100% recommended to anyone who is looking for a high spec laptop. Very well designed and great build quality.
