I had a delicious lunch at the Birmngham branch. It was crowded & nevertheless the staff were warm and efficient, explaining the menu in a friendly way and bringing the food very promptly.

We went to Comptoir Libanais in Oxford yesterday 21st February.. We gave our order at maybe 1.15, we were told there was a 20 minute wait on food. The wine came out fairly quickly.. As time went on, we repeatedly asked for the status of our food. By 3 o'clock, when there was still no sign of our food , we put down 拢20 to cover the wine, and went elsewhere. I told the waitress we were angry, not with her personally, and we would not be coming back..

I ordered through Uber eat after long time and I am regretting because the food I received was burnt, I ordered vegetarian tagine and a mix grill, had to throw half of the mix grill because it was burnt and to make things worse I couldn鈥檛 get through to Uber eat which I am very upset, however I contacted the restaurant and explained the problem but was told I had to deal with Uber eat because I ordered through Uber eat anyway I had enough, I will not order from this place ever again and I am cancelling my Uber eat account.

I'll look for their branches on my travels for a repeat experience.

A really great find that has become our family restaurant of choice. The children's menu and the quality of the food are the best imaginable. My earlier posts named the managers and staff by name but each and every one of them is welcoming and does everything they can to make the experience the best there is. A special thanks to Marina and (former) Manager Pontas for making every visit so special

Great service for my partner Hamzah's 25th birthday. Staff was super polite and constantly asked if anything was needed. The food was slightly delayed (not bad, seeing as they brought out 30 dishes on a Friday night for our party) but they made up for it by giving us free desserts on the house, which was amazing. Food was delicious and the temperature was perfect. Really pleased to have organised a birthday at Comptoir Libanais – London Bridge and would happily do it again.

Many thanks to Mohammed, the team + Manager.

Had a great time with friends at the Bluewater branch for our reunion dinner. The food was top class and served by very polite staff members, will be visiting with family plenty of times in future. Made us feel special – thank you for a job well done!

worst eating place in the world.

In order to get more and more customer they will serve you uncooked food, and will not take any responsibility for it. They don't care about taste of their food, it all about customer's money.

I ordered a lamb burger at Comptoir heathrow airport, they brought my lamb burger after 30 mins and the lamb patty was uncooked, i made a complaint, and the decided to give me 2% discount and did not do anything with the burger hence I had to pay the bill and leave uncooked lamb burger and stayed hungry.

Really enjoyed celebrating my Son-in-Law's birthday at Comptoir Libanais in Bath. Really good food, great service (so attentive and customer focused, happy to suggest nice dishes to try) and so clean (toilets were the best I have seen 🙂 ). Would not hesitate to recommend!
