Salon Head 2 Toe is infested with redneck ugly uneducated hillbillies. The licensed staff was forced to hair school to get off of food stamps, because they couldn't pass the two year nursing program. The rest of the staff are unlicensed. Walking in to the junkyard they call a salon is like a time warp back to the 70's, the last time any of them were even remotely close to being on-trend. It smells like a nursing home inside. Between all of the staff, they do not even have a mouthful of teeth.
The salon owner Starlene Duncan is a vicious, jealous, and downright nasty woman, and karma is proving it. LOL. Everything she touches falls apart and her entire family has died in the past year, except for her ugly wannabe p**n star daughter Kirsten Ann Duncan. Kirsten can't even shampoo her own hair or anyone else's so no one believes she really did the schoolwork to get a license. Starlene Duncan steals photos of the work of reputable salons near Uptown and in Los Angeles and passes it off as her own. Anyone walking out of Salon Head 2 Toe is a head turner allright- people turn away as fast as they can to cancel the image of backwoods hillbillies that look like h**l- many even worse than the gross ugly stylists themselves.
Star Duncan keeps credit card information of clients and commits FRAUD that way too. The employees especially Kirsten (the one with the 50 IQ) spend the day trashing other salons they are jealous of, but no one believes the reviews due to the rotten grammar.
Star is too dumb to know that her husband is s******g other females and males, because he is looking for any way out. He is a mooch so Buddy needs someone with money. Starlene Elizabeth Duncan is so miserable and depressed wondering why everyone around her is dropping dead. Look in the mirror Star, and you'll find the answer. LMAO.
Avoid this dump鈥t wont be open much longer anyway. The hillbilly workers burned so many bridges by smearing local stylists that actually have talent, their career will be history when SH2T finally shutters.

Illegal Workshop running in residential area besides my house.
There is a Metal work shop running in our residential area besides my house illegally.
There are lot of health hazards for residents due to the work shop, smoke coming due to welding and constant heavy grinding sounds and metal sounds.
Residential people get trouble due to this work shop.
Heavy loaded trucks are loaded and unloaded.
It is just empty plot with some iron sheets they have created roofs. There is no proper shop as well.
The workers also used slang words.

After selling us 3 lines, one as a dedicated fax, which they could not establish and promised it would be removed from the contract, at renewal, they are insisting we pay for all 3 lines. Not only that but they failed to notice us of the renewal and costing and when our c/c declined (as a new card was issued) they did not do anything to contact us via ANY method and simply turned off our phones completely. All attempts to call and leave VM were unanswered and it was 4 days before I was finally able to get someone live in Sales, who would help. HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE service, especially with the difficulties with Covid on small businesses. Highly recommend ANY other carrier.

According to statistics, more than 90% of customers use review websites before making decisions to purchase something. These are my personal recommendations. Never ignore what customers say.
My first website to check if there're any complaints about a certain company is complaintsboard. I recommend you to always do the same, especially if you're gonna spend a lot. Check what other people complain about and check if a company tries to resolve their issues. If yes then there's nothing to worry about, if no, then no one guarantees you won't be one of those complainants.
I guess it's their solid position, but actually lack of positive reviews makes this website trustworthy to me as they reflect the real situation and how a company treats their clients.
People rarely write reviews when they are happy. There's nothing to talk about if everything is perfect.
But if a company screws up, we usually do everything to let everyone know about it. And it's the company that should improve this situation and resolve your problem by any means. Not you.
So I really think that websites like complaintsboard are useful and should exist to avoid misunderstanding, fraud and deception. Those complaints can become a really important part of your shopping experience.

Upset as josh f… ked up my fm and dab aerials by poor workmanship on cabling he did two cable splits or splitters then covered them up with ductape ever since then all not been working well at all cable before was in the middle of the aerial pole to protect it only issues is cable was getting cut into by the aerial pole so it was taken out and the cable fix to the pole with ductape but poor quality of service and I paying josh 45pounds each call out to help me and even tip him 10 pounds twice before only to get told by a diffrant company the work he done was very poor… but coming out on time was top and being ln time was good… and very perlite as always never rude at the time back then only… I NEVER THREATENED ANYONE WHAT A REAL LIER YOU ARE I SAID NO SUCH THINGS I I NEVER USE MATLOCK AERIALS EVER AGAIN… IT UP TO ME WHAT HELP I WANT AS A CUSTOMER AND ITS THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT NOY THE DAM COMPANY YOU THE CUSTOMER PAY AERIAL COMPANYS FOR IF I WANT AERIAL FACING WHICH DIRECTION I CHOICE THAT UP TO ME NOT YOU MATLOCK AERIALS AND TWO IF JOSH DID HIS JOB BETTER AND BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND NOT $#*! I am here to tell you one story how complaintsboard.com has helped me with my trouble. Usually I leave reviews everywhere I can, especially if I am angry and want to get some justice. The only thing I want as a customer is to make a company notice my complaint and it works, by the way. Moreover, I use this compny's internal messaging system, online forms, emails and phone numbers. You know what? It doesn't help at all. Only a negative review can make them do something. Ok, since this review is about complaints board, I won't tell you what company it was. Ok, I will give you a hint. It's a big travel agency (starts with "T"). The problem was that I cancelled my flight and wanted to get a 100% refund (according to terms & conditions I had a right to ask for refund), but no one cared. How many days do you think I tried to start a conversation with their representatives? Ten! They were pretending my problem didn't exist. I completely understand they have other customers as well, but why did I have to wait for so long? Ok, let's get to the point. I was sick and tired of this situation and left reviews on 3 different websites including Complaints board. And then the miracle has happened! I received an official reply from this company as they have a business account on complaints board. They asked for details and I received a refund within 24 hours. Isn't that fantastic? I will surely leave a negative review about this company for treating their customers this way, but I have no doubt that complaints board deserved these 5 stars from me for doing everything to provide this fast service and to get through companies. I mark my complaint as resolved and it probably made this company's rating better. Oh well. The problem was resolved anyway.
Leaving reviews is more effective that directly contacting companies. Remember that.

My college daughter just told me this website is one of THE places for "cyber-bullying!" I, personally, believe this wholeheartedly.

I do not find this website to be at all legitimate. They don't check to see if the excessive libel that complainers are spreading has any truth to it, let alone the whole truth per my personal experience. (If I'm wrong please enlighten me.) Half-truths DO cause significant and unjust harm to the reputations of others. It appears to take an attorney to get the half-truths and outright lies removed from CB. Just ask mine!

Because so much of what people say on this website is seemingly loaded with disdain (cyber-bullying), some people enjoy reading it cuz they love "dirty laundry." Imagine being unjustly accused on this website.

Due to this website's traffic, Google gives them a high rating. You may say this is fair, however, this website, itself, is not fair based on my experience.

I consider myself to be fair-minded. Change my mind about CB. Honestly, only CB themselves can change my mind about them.

I see that CB claims they contacted me. I did a search on my email and there was nothing from them, not even in SPAM. This is the honest truth!

I have inserted, repeatedly, that this is my opinion, primarily since CB is making accusations against me regarding my opinion. If I sound harsh it's because there are harsh consequences to the half-truths that CB allows.

Many people enjoy nursing a"victim" mentality. It's this type of person who gets on places like this website, in general, and in my opinion.(There are certainly good, sincere people on it, too!) complaints board's complaints are always useful as well as the website itself, especially if you want to see the reputation of a company and what other people say. It's also clear what company cares and what doesn't; just judging by how often they answer, how many unresolved or resolved complaints they have and what they offer to resolve an issue. it's like a litmus test and is definitely reliable. I trust them.

Please don't register any complaint with your personal details.Some Fraud team takes that number and calls you for asking Card number and Expiry date and ping.. They will steal your money.. For one day it self I got more than 25 Fraud Scam calls, they act like they are from Fast Tag support team.. So please be aware of SCAM

The website allows fake reviews. The website which is suppose to take reviews about other business is actually fake it self. It allows fake reviews to be posted against any business on there website without verifying reviewers profile or requesting evidence of the reviewer ever have used services.

I would advise everyone to read reviews on ComplaintsBoard before deciding anything. It's trustworthy. With honest opinions. What's interesting is that people share their negative experience only to show companies' worst sides. That's why I consider them to be reliable.

I along with a few others have been cyberstalked all over the internet by a very unstable person thankfully most places were able to stop said person from defaming and DOXXing us but this site manages to not only ignore said person allowing them to ramble on making new complaints weekly under new fake profiles but has permitted them to make constant fake profiles to make it look like her complaints have merit.

Simply put, if you have a complaint about a business find somewhere more legitimate to do it and not on Complaintsboard.

My wife has a dog breeding business with hundreds of satisfied clients. They love her and their puppy. But sometimes she decides that a prospective client is not someone she could work with, or is not in a position to properly care for puppy and refuses to let them adopt one of hers. These few people post abusive rants at Complaints Board. It is disheartening to see human beings venting their anger and hate in public. Complaints Board is a dumb idea! Ignore the vitriolic outbursts for which it provides a forum.

I experienced a scam prevention call from my bank, The charges came from Bitdefender who was trying to collect scam renewal charges from my bank account, I called the company on Wednesday to complain and was told that they would not try again to collect charges that were not authorized, I next went to the bank and got a new debit/credit card. The next day I received an email that Bitdefender had tried again to collect but that my card information was not accurate and would not let them to collect a renewal on my account, Thankfully I did not get this $80 scam charge that would be impossible to reverse..

I have been handling complaints for the company I work for on Complaintsboard. Consistently, I keep getting complaints that'll clearly state things like "today is 25June16 and I still have not received this", POSTED ON November 19th, 2018. I'm getting tons of similar ones to this. When I emailed customer service asking why they're posting two years too late, of course I don't get a response…. so don't give anyone a chance to help the customers there and post them well after they were actually filed so there's nothing anyone can do. I hope they get shut down since they can't even allow businesses to take care of the issues since they don't post reviews in a timely manner.

i used complaintsboard to complain about jarvis of ibogarootbarks dot com and jarvis then went on to complain about me complaining about him even though i am not a company but rather a private person slash consumer. jarvis, a west african scammer, created another profile by the name of young joe to compliment ibogarootbarks and say nice things about himself and defame me furrther. i brought this to the attention of the complaintsboard webmaster by using the ticketing system and selecting "how to remove complaints…" and was told that they dont remove complaints… so why the hell do they even have that option there? COMPLAINTSBOARD ARE USELESS AND INCOMPETENT

What I noticed about complaintsboard is that, when you write out a complaint. They will cut it short. And the way that I see it. Is because they doesn't like what some people are saying about businesses and this is the reason why they does this. They also, highlights things in yellow. I personally, think that, this is not the appropriate place to write a complaint. I never want to use their site again unless, they make some improvement.
