You better love what you order because no matter what they send you, they will not take it back or refund your money no matter what size or if you like it. They use delay tactics and plead poverty as excuses to use up the 30 day refund period and then you never hear from them again. They suggested I learn to love the item or give it as a present to someone. This company tries to negotiate a deal to give you $5 or $8 to keep the item and since a deal can never be reached, PayPal will not help. They are disgusting and give all these companies a bad name. I will never purchase clothes online from overseas stores that have names I don't recognize again.
Congratulations, you got my money! But lost my business. You win!

Unfortunately the support service of this company didn't help at all in any thing. We have changed many emails. Made me loose time and money. I ordered many products and received almost all of them wrong and the company didn't do any thing abut it but beg ME to accept whatever came. I have never seen such a terrible way to treat a client. The products are different from the pictures and the quality questionable. I don't recommend buying there if you don't want to loose your money.

"Wotoba", "ROSELINLIN", "JustFashionNow" "Comfyrs" are all same companies fraud. They juste change the name for repeating a same thing… I found a same article in their catalogues, pictures attached.

Here is my review for WOTOBA… it must be same for Comfyfree too.:
"The items were made with the cheapest fabric in China and they look extremely cheap. I do not want to wear them even once… but it takes much money to send them to China, so I decided to cancel the items which have not been sent yet but they did not reply to me any more and continue to send them!

Due to this disgusting way to compel us receiving all the items, I checked the return policy then found it really strict. They tell us to get the authorization but they never reply to us for it, impossible to get it!
Then I contacted another customer center via Paypal, they say
""Return center is located in Guangzhou, China. Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.""
This is what they did not say in their Return policy:(

NEVER MAKE ANY PURCHASE at WOTOBA.
They are Chinese who steal other websites' pictures for using them on their Internet site and let us pay American dollars so that we misunderstand that this is an American company. I can say the value of those products is only 3-4 dollars but we pay 10 times more!

NOTHING TO SAY OTHER THAN FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
Do not let then earn more money in this horrible way!"

Saw an ad on facebook and fell for it! Ordered 8 items, 5 linen dresses, 3 cotton T-Shirts. After paying for it, some doubt fell on me and I researched the company. Profile says they are a furniture store in China. I contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge and simultaneously emailed them to cancel my order. Emailed them SEVEN times to cancel my order, they kept telling me to change my mind, that it is nice quality. Finally received an email that now they cannot cancel because my order has shipped. Shipment was incomplete, 5 out of 8 items arrived. The quality is so p… poor, there are no words for it. All polyester, no linen or cotton to be found, the shottiest sewing, this is not wearable. Debating whether I want to invest money into sending it back to return address in San Francisco… or throw it out. Stay away!

This company advertises under a few business names but their products are the same. All branches have disgruntled "customers". They won't return emails and Facebook has many ads for them. These people are thieves, pure and simple… Later… I've notified Facebook 24/8 but they won't do anything. We're on our own… Later… Comfyrs emailed me after I asked for a refund. One of those "one size fits all" emails. I've had a few of those over the years. They don't mean much. Apparently they're disappointed I don't want their business but miraculously, my order is being prepared and I will be notified when it's on its way. We'll see, shall we? Update… another email… they can't find my order number or email address. OMG… what a company. And my order was apparently being filled. I'll keep you posted… Update… another email. Do I really want a refund? Their clothes are on special right now and such a great bargain. YES PLEASE. I really DO want a refund. Friday 28th August… emails to and fro. The bottom line is, I've been convinced to wait for my order but I'm not confident. I will update when there's a definite result Update 1/9… Comfyrs says they will refund. Update… Still waiting for the refund Update 5/9… Full refund received, minus $4. I'm lucky

A month ago, I placed an order, and got a confirmation immediately. Then an email about it getting ready to be shipped and that I would be notified when it is shipped. Have heard nothing since, even though I have since written several times. Payment was confirmed with Paypal the same day of the order. My credit card company is investigating.
