Customer service – CRAP.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

Oh dear, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them! Still waiting after 23 days. Not even a notification of dispatch. No response when I tried to contact them. Will never order anything from them again.

This company is con.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. my husband spent money on an item and got tile spacers. We can have a refund if we ship back to China or 30%of our money back. Absolute con! I am looking into reporting them.

Ordered two heated body warmers when arrived no battery packs quality was very poor asked them to send me return details so I can send them back and know there not even answering emails wish i had read the reviews on this company before ordering got to be the worst company I've ever had dealings with I wouldn't even give them 1 on rating

Absolutely terrible and a complete rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have received nothing and do not receive a reply to my emails. I will be complaining to Facebook about false advertising and attempt to reclaim my money from my credit card company

Wish I had visited here before being taken in and placed an order. The 'product' that arrived bore little resemblance to that I saw advertised. And trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Sent email to the address they suggest (customer at comfy bear) and the email was not even delivered after 24 hours ! Absolute charlatans. Pity that Facebook don't vet them first !

I ordered something for my grandchildren from this company that I saw advertised on Facebook. Never again. They took my money straightaway and I鈥檝e never received the goods or so much as a confirmation of order. Absolutely disgraceful that they are allowed to advertise on social media. Sadly they have ruined it for other companies as I for one will never trust these adverts again. I will be reporting

Complete con artists. Ordered a set of devices to aligning and levelling the face of tiles. They actually sent a 50p bag of cheap tile spacers. Not what I ordered at all. Fed up with all these internet ripoff companies. Stick to Amazon – they sorted out the one bad order I had through them.

Order was 3 weeks late (during which time they claimed to have "no record of my order". When it finally turned up it was rubbish quality – nothing like the advert and certainly not worth the money. The quality was so bad that a Hook a Duck stall would be embarrased to give it as a prize.
The also have a constant "price reduced but only for the next few hours" clock running, that re-appears day after day.

I have waited 3 weeks and my order for a blanket hoodie has not arrived. My emails to this company seem to get an automated response which doesn鈥檛 solve the issue. Very angry and now got to try and get my money back. Awful experience.

We ordered two 'Live' Peek-a-Boo Teddy Bears for our grandchildren at a delivered cost of 拢52.47, so were expecting good quality, fun toys.

They arrived in inferior packaging – just a bag, giving little protection – and on inserting brand new batteries, one failed to work at all and the other vaguely buzzed slightly once and then 'died'.

On seeing the extraordinarily poor quality of the toys and their packaging, we then investigated the ComfyBear company and its online reviews and discovered some of the worst reviews we have ever seen. 97% 'bad' reviews on Trust Pilot website.

We feel totally conned by this order and cannot understand why this company is still allowed to operate, defrauding people daily out of thousands of pounds, especially as Christmas online shopping is at its peak.

The company's website advises customers who are unhappy with their product to return these (at the customers' expense).

Reading other reviews it would seem pointless returning the goods as this would be futile.

We will now report this company to Trading Standards and suggest that everyone else does the same to spare others this experience.

Do not buy here. This is not a U.K company. It is Chinese. I ordered xl and it is of course in chinese sizes so it is more like small. It took 2months for my delivery to come and the quality is actually shocking. I would of got a much better coat in primark at a 3rd of the price.

Poor quality. Wrong sizes sent. Awful customer service. Products from China, took ages to arrive, don鈥檛 work and have to pay to send back to China or keep the broken products and they will return 30% of the original purchase price!

Purchased an embroidery stitching set. Received utter rubbish from China. Completely unfit for purpose. Cheats and liars, avoid at all costs. Reporting to Trading Standards.

AWFUL AWFUL, DODGY, SCAMMERS…….ordered a fleece blanket on 26th sept andstill waiting. They keep replying to wait abit longer and now not replying!

I ordered the childrens wooden stack toy. It took over 5 weeks to arrive and when it did it had come from China. This would not be a problem except there is no guarantee on the safety of the materials used. The toy itself left a lot to be desired as it was very small which, considering it's target audience was concerning as the individual pieces are choke size for a infant. The make quality was also of a very poor standard. There is also no return policy or provision. All in all it gives me the impression of a company who are of dubious trading ethics and very little customer care.

Do not buy from this company I鈥檝e been waiting over 2 months for a hoodie it鈥檚 still in China but company looks like it鈥檚 based in the UK so it鈥檚 very misleading I鈥檓 now waiting for a refund of my items but they鈥檝e stopped responding to me. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful. Dangerous item (a children's toy) sharp edges. Wooden parts uneven could cause splinters. Contacted them and no resolution. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have had similar experience – my three gilets did arrive but they are of embarrassingly poor quality and no returns slip. It would cost more to return and it is virtually impossible to do so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
