Ordering process was very simple and speedy!

All good. I am at the customer service stage, I haven鈥檛 had the chance to test/try the product yet.

They should have put due to COVID that the packages would be delayed. It was guaranteed two days on the site. If you're going to sell products, the current global situation should be advertised upon checkout even on the website itself. No where in the checkout flow does it state any delays. They don't respond back over email in a prompt fashion.

**UPDATE** finally got this bad boy and let me tell you my entire family LOVES it even my 5 day old new born loves it she was passed out for damn near 4 hours! The only reason I鈥檓 only giving 4 stars is because I feel I didn鈥檛 get enough foam inside I got the 8ft Circular sack and its got ALOT of extra room, when my daughter who鈥檚 about 70lbs can sit in it an not go to the floor but when I sit down on it u go straight to the floor I鈥檓 only 163lbs I feel I should be able to jump into it like the video and I lay go like half way down but that鈥檚 my one and only complaint everything else (size, fuzzy cover,quality) are amazing just wish it had mire filling for the money I spent on it.

Only giving 3 stars for now I ordered 2 days ago and purchased the quick ship option and still haven鈥檛 received any information I鈥檓 not sure if it鈥檚 covid related or if I鈥檓 just impatient I鈥檓 really excited for it to arrive bought it because I鈥檓 about to have surgery and will be forced to lay Down for a long time and thought this would be the perfect thing after seeing some reviews.

Love the bags. Wish the pieces were a little smaller inside. However still comfy. Does seem like they need fluffing everytime after you sit in it. Would buy again though.

Absolutely love it! My family and dogs fight over it. Luckily with the 7.5ft lounger it鈥檚 easy to share. Ordered a little extra stuffing (10lbs), if it weren鈥檛 for that it would have been 5 stars. But I love it and it was worth every penny!

Not very full as needed says for to five days to fill up. I have waited a week and it barely half way full. If there was more filling in there and a lot fuller would give it 5 stars

Paid for the quick ship option. Website said ships same day. It鈥檚 been a week and a half and still has yet to ship. I would say don鈥檛 waste your money on quick ship as it doesn鈥檛 send any faster than if you just have regular shipping.

It's really nice. It's big enough to fit me, my wife, and my kids. My kids love it. The only problem is that, when I get on it, the foam sinks a lot.

The zipper on my cover broke and they replaced the cover! They were excellent to respond quickly and ship my new cover! They even covered the return shipping costs! I would definitely buy another Comfy Sack.

We purchased the floor pillow for our daughter for Christmas and it is absolutely perfect. So awesome the amount of ways you can use it. This is the best purchase for her headed off to college with limited space. It really is the best find!

I ordered the comfy sack but normally wouldn't if it hadn't been for my granddaughter because they advertised a coupon Take7 on their site and then when you check out it wasn't valid.

I paid $383.00 for a 6ft Comfy Sack with a faux fur cover. Even though I followed the care instructions, the cover melted in my dryer. I contacted Comfy Sacks and they wanted photos. So, I sent photos. After seeing the matted mess, they decided they couldn't be sure I washed it properly and only offered a 25% off coupon for a new cover. So, they produced an inferior product, called me a liar, and wasted my time and money. I contacted Amazon who helped me make a return and helped me figure out how to get this giant thing back to them. I've been promised a full refund from Amazon. Comfy Sacks is not a company I will ever do business with again because they do make quality products or care about their customers or I'm guessing their reputation.

All went well except never receiving my confirmation e-mail.

One of the worst purchases I have ever made. I bought this 5-foot chair to replace a chair in our beach house. It was delivered "under-stuffed", and after two weeks of waiting for it fluff up, I called the company and they sent additional stuffing. When I tried to put more fill in the chair it created such a mess that I decided not to use it at all. It's so heavy I can hardly move it (not what I expected). I removed four bags of stuffing, put them up in the attic, and the chair is now being used as a giant dog bed!. In retrospect, the company was very easy to deal with and sent additional filling promptly and I thank them for that. Just not a good purchase for us.

Broken zipper under warranty… no hassle replacement! I am stunned when a company actually makes good on warranty… and this company did with grace.
