Fast shipping, good customer service and the best prices I could find!

When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.

Shipped on time with no damage. Error on Page 12 of instruction book. Gives measurement A as 21.7 inches. Actual is 19.25 inches.
So far all other information has been correct.

Easy to use and no offensive chemical odor. Spray the compressor coils and rinse off. Spray wall unit and wipe away excess. Gave 5 stars but it will take some time to determine if mold is actually prevented. I am encouraged though and would buy this product again.

ComfortUp was awesome to deal with. I saved over $700 on 2 Gree Mini Splits compared to my local supplier. Getting a quote was fast and easy. The only problem I had was with Southeastern Freight in Asheville. I had to initiate contact, it took several days for delivery after my units arrived in Asheville, and the 5-hour delivery window was not adhered to.

I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back.
My air has been out over two weeks now.
Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem.

Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.

Great service, our plans changed after we ordered our unit and they worked to help us plan for our needs return the other unit and will promptly ship the new one.

have bought many units and when a couple needed repairs under warranty, no body from comfort up or gree will help
