Extremely happy with my purchase from Comfort Works; from the transparency of the production/shipping process, to the actual product itself! Rather than overspending on a brand new sofa, I decided I'd replace the cover of an old Karlstad two-seater that I had. The fit, fabric, and feel are perfect, and true to what was promised on the website. Honestly, these pieces are higher quality and far easier to put on than the originals, even! All in all, Comfort Works allowed me to redesign my space affordably without compromising quality in the slightest. Couldn't be happier!

I was apprehensive about ordering a cover for our PB grand sofa from an online retailer sight unseen. I scoured other鈥檚 reviews online and hoped they were honest. I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. The cover was clearly made to order and the quality of construction alone warranted the long lead time. The cover went on easily and the color – I chose Kino Denim – was even more rich and depth filled than was depicted online. All of this at nearly a 1/3 of the price offered by the original retailer of my sofa! Some things are not too good to be true but in this case, it is. Thanks Comfort Works, you have a very pleased customer.

My covers are beautiful, they fit perfectly; they're not too tight and not too loose. I've ordered covers before from a rival company and found my experience with Comfort Works was better in every way. Communication was superb; I get the impression this company really does take care to deliver a first rate service.

Gorgeous slipcovers have transformed our sofa. The fabric is lovely and they fit perfectly. Comfort Works had the best range of available styles and fabrics, and the service is really friendly. Definitely recommended!

Very poorly manufacturered. They charged me extra for a "snug fit" and then didn't send a way to attach it to the couch. The cover for the ottoman was not manufactured correctly so I can't use the storage compartment anymore. The covers for the back cushions do not fit. I emailed them my concerns and was advised that I could return paying for shipping internationally and $250 even though it took them 4 months to ship when their website lists 2-3 weeks and the cover was so poorly made. Please do not go into business with this company they are extremely dishonest.

Update:
I have asked the representative who was assisting me more than 3 times to speak with a supervisor. He has ignored each request and most recently told me that there were no supervisors in to assist me. If you could please email me Chuck I would like to work with someone to get a resolution

We received our covers yesterday and could not be happier. They are so well made; better quality than the originals !!! Also purchased during the pandemic so expected to wait a while but they arrived in time too. They have made spending time indoors a pleasure. Thank you so much

We could not be happier over our purchase! Absolutely flawless customer service, even in the midst of a pandemic. The covers we got were the ones Rachel recommended for our cat and she hasn鈥檛 tried to claw the couch once. She completely destroyed our IKEA cover, hence the reason we needed new ones. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Comfortworks took my expectations and knocked them out of the park! This business has THE BEST customer service a consumer could ask for. I placed all of orders during the COVID-19 Quarantine and they STILL arrived quickly (I am in the USA). I had two custom pillow covers, and several IKEA furniture covers made to order. The fabric is HIGH quality, beautiful, AND washable! Absolutely 100X higher quality than my original IKEA covers. Everything fits perfectly, and if you have any issue at all with measuring Your items, just contact them and they will walk you through it step by step. DON鈥橳 bother shopping for furniture covers anywhere else.

I ordered the seat cushion cover for IKEA Kramfors sofa. My current sofa is leather and ripped in the middle of a cushion and two of the seams had separated. I'm sure i could have the seams repaired but the rip is right where you sit and no repair could withstand the constant stretching and weight. So, I decided to take a chance on purchasing a cover from Comfort Works. I knew that I would not be getting a leather replacement cover so I was concerned that it wouldn't match or blend with the back or arms of the sofa.To my surprise, the color is a perfect match and the cushion is well made and a perfect snug fit. Is it leather? No But it certainly is the next best thing and for the price, you can't beat it.

This was the best thing I could do for my old couch. It looks brand new and I also love the addition of the USB plugs. Everything fits perfectly!

Bought some covers for my old Ikea chair as Ikea nolonger make them, They took a little while to arrive but this is not surprising as the company have to make them from scratch. The company kept me informed of the process and when I was concerned that I could not track the delivery they were really helpful in tracking it for me. The covers fit really well and the chair looks like new. I would use Comfort works again and highly recommend. PS just to make people aware…I have received a duty and tax invoice from FedEx for 拢26.69 in addition to the cost of the product, and I am not sure that this was made clear on the website.PPS Comfort Works have offered to pay the invoice without my asking…well done..a great company.

I ordered seat cushion covers to replace an aging Kramfors leather sofa. The covers took about 3 1/2 weeks to arrive and well worth the wait!

The fabric is lovely, the construction is great! The covers fit around the cushions perfectly. It is a whole new sofa! i emailed with Comfort Works a picture of my version of Kramfors since it is a bit old. They confirmed the Kramfors pattern they have would work. I also ordered swatches before hand to determine what fabric to choose. Which I highly recommend taking the time to consider color and fabric types.

I highly recommend revamping a couch with Comfort Works. It beats purchasing a new sofa and gives you some design flexibility.

Now, if they could design a sofa cover to stop the kids from jumping on it!

I ordered custom made covers from Comfort Works. They were so professional, easy to deal with and responsive. They were great at coming back to me to clarify the measurements (the cushions were non-standard size and shape). The final product was perfect!
