Good experience!!

our new year experience in jazz club etoile was very disappointing
we imagined _ we will have dinner while enjoying jazz and dance a little
instead dinner was for 3 hours , no music
music started at the hall of the hotel , not in the club and it was not jazz

We booked for seven and advised the booking company and the concierge when we arrived we were only six. I asked if we could be credited with the 100 Euro. Rather than having for example six glasses of champagne or a nice bottle of wine from the wine list we were offered two bottles of the cheapest red wine worth maybe 15 Euros. Our complaint to the waiter and the Captain of the boat were to no avail. He supposedly was not authorized to take any customer focused decision. We accepted one bottle as we were driving . The bottle was 鈥渂oo hon鈥?or corked but was replaced. Three people who ate beau were sick that night including one seriously. Photos are 20 euro each but the 6 th one is free if you buy 5! Seriously this is a tourist trap and I advise people to choose the competition . Never again and we live in Paris!!!

Really good meal, rather good wine, and very nice service.

Everything was smooth and as avertised.

The boat never left the dock! No one announced this fact. It was rumored that the boat was too tall to go under bridges, but there were clearly much taller boats going down the river. The captain left very early so no one could explain. The food was second rate at best. The staff was not friendly. The upper deck was very slippery and no staff warned of this. So a very overpriced, unfriendly, no apology, no explanation, no effort at consolation, like a free glass champagne, poor food experience.

Reservamos una cena de Noche vieja en un crucero en el Sena con embarque en el museo de Orsay. La cosa empez贸 fatal cuando 3 d铆as antes de la cena cambian el lugar de embarque a uno que est谩 a m谩s de 1 hora del original, sac谩ndolo del centro a las afueras. Imag铆nense, Noche vieja, huelga de transportes y tu has cogido el hotel cerca del embarque original. Pedimos que facilitar谩n un transporte gratuito o que nos devolvieran el dinero pero no hubo ni respuesta as铆 que tuvimos que ir a un lugar inh贸spito andando de noche durante 50min. Para arreglarlo nos tuvieron hasta las 22:15 en el embarcadero porque claro, la mitad de la gente no llegaba (la Salida era a las 9:30) con lo que estuvimos 45min sentados sin empezar la cena y muertos de hambre. Por supuesto al empezar tan tarde llegaron las campanadas y todav铆a acababa de llegar el queso, el postre lo dieron despu茅s de las 12:15 con las luces bajas ya y La m煤sica a TodA pastilla. Por supuesto el caf茅 que estaba incluido nunca lleg贸. Y se preguntar谩n cuanto pagamos por semejante desastre? Pues ni m谩s ni menos que 320euros por persona. Una estafa

I can't to book by phone, only on PC. I had to phone to home ( Hungary) for help, and my fried bought my ticket into the Moulin Rouge. ( but the program was great!!!)

This trip was exceptional, stunning and a memory of a lifetime.

Easy booking process. Whilst the museum no longer offered online booking on the date we were interested in for an exhibition, we could still book via the 'Come to Paris' site. Very pleased with the site.

We organised a cruise through "Come to Paris" for 73 cyclists on the final day of the tour de France. Come to Paris were really helpful and the team resolved a timing problem with cruise start finish time with little or no fuss.
The cruise was one of the best we have been on the crew and staff were extreemly professional and friendly. The meals were well presented and all in party enjoyed. I will certainly book with come to Paris again!!

Booked a Seine river cruise on Bateaux Parisienne in advance. E-ticket has flexible date & with it we were able to skip the line. Cruise was excellent. Easy booking and discounted ticket- we saved 鈧?. Highly recommend.

The waitress on board was great however nothing can make this a good experience as the manager at the reception desk was the rudest person we have ever dealt with. He made it a very bad experience and we definitely do not recommend this.

Very reliable and trustworthy website! The experience was so much fun!! I would definitely recommend this website to others. We did the Le Bistro Parisien which included a 6 course meal, a cruise on la Siene, and a nightclub after midnight. The music was great. The service was good!

Once The ship departed the experience was good, but before we got into the ship, they made us wait for more than 30 minutes under a 3 Celsius cold weather, because they were not ready.
The food and the service was great and the personnel made their greatest effort to delight everybody, and they did.
