After initial phone call to let us know they had delivered the wrong colour and were taking it back to get the correct colour, we heard nothing for another 2 weeks to let us know when ofr if this might arrive. Tried ringing most days to discuss, no answer, no reply to numerous voice messages. Also sent email, no reply. Eventually emailed to cancel the order as there was no sign of the furniture. Rang the following day just to check. they recieved the cancellation email and said the email was very ratty!!! How come they recieved that email and no previous ones. Absolutely terrible service. Can't comment on the furniture as we never recieved it unfortunately!!!
