It took me 5 month to receive one my products that i ordered which was supposed to be delivered within a week or 15 days which is still obnoxious as we live in same country , even same city. Still waiting for some other products which are still not delivered . Extremely unprofessional service. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

The worst scam company in the world. They offer discounts and cashback and keep waiting for people from 30 days to 180 days for the product to deliver.

This is a pongi business and the model of business is illegal.

The company works as a multi-vendor website and almost all the seller's money they lock and sellers have to go through hell to get their hard-earned money back.

THIS IS BIG F'KING SCAM.

Their main business is a scam, not eCommerce. I don't think they even have any capital or workforce. They just steal people's money and keep rolling on that. It's just a facade website for of big scam to steal people's money.

First of all, they won't let you order any without paying the whole amount. And most of the time orders will get canceled or get stuck forever since this is not a real eCommerce site. And after your order gets canceled YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

All they do is give you a fake balance on your dashboard. And the twist is you won't be able to use the balance to pay the full amount for any order if you want even after all this. Because they enforce you to add money although you have enough money if your dashboard.

And you can't convert the fake balance into real money to get a refund to your card or bank.

Since this a scam, they don't have any real customer support. There is a fake call center number that is unreachable. So you won't be able to get any support even if you try.

THIS FAKE SCAM SITE HAS ALL THE FLAGS OF A SCAM SITE. SO STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND LOSE YOUR MONEY! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. SOMEONE, PLEASE NOTIFY FBI !!

Scam. They take and block your money and will not deliver the product. Their customer support will not help. And they randomly close issue tickets without any resulation or contanct.

Today, May 24, 2020. I haven't receive an order I placed on January 5, 2020. It's already 6 months and no update. They don't give any refund and no action at all. I am not sure if I get this item in this year. Fraud company!

I don't know if this is a legitimate online marketplace. The key to a good e-commerce marketplace is communication and fast service. evaly.com.bd do not have any customer service at all, they provided one contact number on their website which you cannot reach, they do not reply to emails. Most importantly you don't know what is going to happen after you order and pay for something on their website.

Okay, let's take a step back and explain the value of this deal to me.

I own almost every product variation apple has and I am a fan of the quality this brand brings to me. my iMac was the only runner in my desk for the last 5 years and I did not need a single machine to run my operations.

But by the time I have started to pursue my dream of traveling, I was feeling of the need for a MacBook where I can work whether I am on the mountains or in the wild of the west. By trade, I am a freelance digital marketer and work for 2 international marketing agencies. So does not matter if I am on the road or on a camp, I must keep operations smooth because the show must go on.
Around 2,35,000 BDT is doable but I just thought it's a bit high so I waited, waited and waited and never really pushed myself to get a MacBook pro.

And then, I found this evaly deal and did not think twice. Placed the order right away.

Guess what? End of the story?
Nope…

Ekhtiar Mahmud Himel Kazi and Sabbir Tamim and I had a group in skype where I had expressed how I felt when I paid 1,64,500 BDT in a single transaction. Then I just lost control and almost make all those 3 people feel guilty because they are the ones who sent me this deal.

I told them stuff like what if evaly disappear? 😀 Yeah and more. they were laughing …… 😛

Then the morning of 28th November, I noticed status changed on my order and there was a note that I can collect the order form evaly office tomorrow ( 29th of November ) or they will deliver it to my home day after tomorrow.

Did not want to paperfly to get involved in this so I have collected it from the office.

Mr. Himoy was nice when I get there and he handed the MacBook over to me and asked for a review in the most gentle way possible. I am sorry brother, I am just not good at writing reviews so I just told the story. the true one.

Lastly
Few Notable Points

1. The company which runs it's operations on the weekend just to deliver love (products) to people cannot lose the race. (I have seen at least 100 happy faces at the ground floor, which made me smile)

2. When the CEO gets involved in the groundwork of a company, that company goes very very far.

3. When you sell quality services or products, it goes a long way.
So far, evaly checked all these boxes.

Many people probably having issues with the order and I understand the frustration. But it will be okay I guess. A company with this age just grown too big and it takes a while to learn and everyone learns from mistake and gets it corrected.

At the end of this long boring story, I would like to say "Thank You Evaly, I own a MacBook Pro now because of you" Lots of love.
