I recently moved here from the west side and had to locate a new doctor. Dr. Kendall was one of the preferred providers at this facility so thought I would take a chance.
As a new patient I got in quite quickly, maybe a cancellation, but it was great. The facility was very nice, clean, very organized with great signage. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Dr. Kendall was awesome as was her medical assistant, Veronica. They were both very compassionate and non-judgmental. Going over my list of prescriptions and ailments took a bit of time, but never did I feel rushed. Dr. Kendall ordered lab work to be done. I went to the lab the next morning and it was efficient and quick.

I think it was the next day I received an email or text that there was a message in my patient portal concerning my lab work. One should definitely sign up for the portal for easier access to your medical providers and health records.
When I requested a prescription refill through the portal Veronica messaged me the same day and the following day I picked up my prescription.I don't use the pharmacy there so no review of that.

The place to me seems welcoming, well run and well staffed. What a nice facility to find after moving here and that this should work out so well!

They are great. All the staff are easy to talk to, actually listen and you don't have to wait months to get an appointment. Gone there for over 10 years and will continue

I adore my physician Dr. Lauren Kendall and I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the reception desk! I can't count how many times I've called about prescription refills or to leave a message and was told it would be taken care of and it wasn't. I've left paper work for Dr. Kendall that has been misplaced or lost and no one knows anything about. I have zero confidence or trust with the front end area. I've also been sent down to the lab area to leave a sample of some sort and told that "you're good" and had to explain that "no, I'm supposed to be here!". After they verify that I'm correct then I can proceed. Seriously? I'd waste my time going there if I wasn't supposed to?
