Colorful Images

I have tried at least ten times now to create an account, creating multiple passwords because they won't let me in, so I start over and start over. Are their computers working? Will not let me create an account. Have no problems with other multiple sites in creating an account. Sandra – Wisconsin.

I don鈥檛 know what has happened to this company. They used to be very good, but the last time I ordered from them, it took well over 2 weeks to get part of my order, and another part (some address labels), never did arrive. There was no tracking information available on the website for my order. I called their customer service line and the rep did re-order the labels at no charge to me. When I had waited for those for over 2 weeks, I called back. The rep I spoke to at that time said that they use DHL for delivery to the post office and the post office delivers to the customer. She said that DHL is very slow and said that they should have sent the replacement order by Fed Ex. I asked if I ordered again in the future if there was a way to specify I would like the order shipped by Fed Ex. She said you have to select 鈥渆xpedited鈥?service at an additional charge. If DHL is really the problem, then Colorful Images needs to dump DHL. At the least, I should be able to track my order. I鈥檓 just glad the first order was not for checks! I have ordered checks from them in the past but will think twice before I do so again!
