They have a really aggresive way to calculate interest rate, you miss a day and they charge massive amounts in interest. They don't report how they calculate interest either. Used multiple credit card companies and never experienced anything like this. Please do not use, they are more or less a fraud.

I am not happy with my last order. I order Versace brown bag but they sent me the color that i dont like and besides its from china??? And im pretty sure not original??? AND ITS NOT OK. So my experience was bad.

Worst bank! When you start repaying loans earlier than maxium set duration, they start putting extra charges without any reason.

The support got back after 2 days and were quite helpful. The account were added by them and refund promised within a few days. I therefore changed my verdict. There are still technical issues though…

To recieve a refund when returning part of a delivery, -I had to register my bank account. A bit messy compaired to just transfer the money back to my Visa card. But OK, I clicked the register link and tried to register an account about 10 times but got a blank screen with no information nor an error message. I tried this on my phone, Ipad, PC, my sons laptop and at work , so no local issues nor connection problems (also tried, Firefox, Chrome and Edge on all devices) I contacted support but so far it's impossible to get an answer. My guess is that Collector bank is making it hard to get refunds to customers shopping from client companies and they gain from keeping the funds for a shorter time.
I will never use a webshop only offering Collector bank as payment option again.

Only facts, the bank needs to return some money on my account, so after 3 calls and promises that the payment was made and that i can expect the money very soon, still after 7 days they do not know nothing about payment. Like the call agent say, I can not bring the money to you, an I only ask our financial department what is the problem.
Just pay me back the money, nothing else, I do not understand what are you doing, but this is bad expirience.

Very bad bank, they deceive people.
Very high interest rate.
Man pay 1,5% every month and then find after year that he must pay the whole loan again to end it.
They have many names of appliances to decive (tack more and more mony from) mortgagees.
I want to say the my experiment with this bank was the worst at all, it is like they give you 1000 and you must pay every month 100 and then after year you must pay 1000 again or more maybe.

I bought stuff at the Stadium. The cashier asked how I would like to pay. I said with the card but was counter offered a rebate of 100kr if paid by Konto. I asked them if I will receive the invoice at home, the cashier said "Yes". Two-Three months later I receive an invoice with interest rate and late fee from a collector bank in the Gmail updates which is very hard to track. Eventually ended up paying an extra 140kr. When I called them they pointed me to the 1st email which I had missed in Gmail updates.
I think this bank is not an honest bank. I think they try to take advantage of the fact that people can miss such things. I cannot understand so many things:
1) Why does Stadium try to defer the payment when I have the ability to pay then and then, Is Stadium also dishonest?
2) Since Collector bank did not send me a paper invoice. If everything is digital, why not send me a digital reminder if their only intention is to collect money. How hard is it to automate this?
3) The call-center person was so calm, so obviously this situation is very common for them, and perhaps many call them with the same problem.
I don't have the time and energy to investigate this company further but quite obviously Collecter bank is not an honest company.

i advise to write to National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN)
shut these jokers down, never sending out a invoice, but then quickly posting out the invoice with the unpaid fee charge, no Amanda i do not want to ring and speak to your phone puppets!

I was surprised to receive a paper invoice with delay penalty after returning from my vacation and when I called them they said they send an invoice via email, and since I didn't pay they sent the reminder by post and immediately sent to inkasso. The original invoice was 90kr, and because of what they said and that this is the first time they send me an invoice I thought maybe it went to scrap inbox, and I had to contact their own "inkasso" agent, which is a part of the bank it self to settle an invoice of 333kr to avoid escalations!!!! Complete rippoff

I forget to pay one month Bill then without let me know they send it to inkasso and also send that bill in my old adress. When I notice I forget one month payment then next month I pay directly. Now they called me and said I have to pay almost 1000kr to inkasso. They have really horrible service. They really ripped of their customers. Please be careful before dealing with them. Thanks

This is the worst experience I had with such a "bank". I ordered from CDON many books. In the end because I didn't pay on time I had to pay triple the amount, which I totally understand, it was my fault and I assumed it, so after receiving a letter from court I called Alektum (the debt collector company working in their behalf) and settled to pay in 2 days so the case gets closed. While talking to the incompetent intern of Alektum I found out I have another 2 cases open by Collector, so I asked her to send me the papers so I can see the amounts and where everything comes from. I received the 2 letters with 2 different amounts I owed Collector. While one of them was legit (I paid it in less than one week), the second one was false – Collector was asking me to pay a bill that I already paid!!! I have the proof from Nordea that the bill was paid on time. It was actually my very first order from CDON. I have the history from CDON, all the invoices and the receipt from my bank saying I paid the bill. Still, the people from Alektum tell me I didn't pay it. While I didn't have any problems paying what I rightfully owed them, I refuse to pay AGAIN a bill that I already paid.
Besides, the amount has tripled and I now appear on RKI with this debt. I'm outraged and waiting for them to call me in court again to settle this, because otherwise I don't know how to fix it. I contacted Collector with NO answer and Alektum are telling me I'm wrong. Now I wonder where did the money I paid for this bill go? What happened to that money if the bill wasn't paid?
Please, don't trust this "bank", don't make the mistake so many people in here made. You can easily see that they shouldn't be trusted…just look at the reviews and notice that most of them are terrible.
