I ordered toilet safety rails for my wife who had a serious accident and paid extra for expedited 3-5 day delivery. She needs this for her independence. They shipped the wrong product by standard delivery; it took 3 weeks to arrive. I live less than 100 miles from their location. They refuse to ship the correct product until I return the wrong item. Using standard delivery in both directions it will be another month before my wife receives the safety rails. They are charging me $7.99 for the return. I will never use Collections again.

It's fine, but do not see the benefit of having a $3.95 handling fee when I'm ordering a $50+ order, and you are giving a savings on shipping, that just wipes out any savings you are applying. Many of these items are no great savings over what I can get in local stores so the additional handling fee should be built in to your price. The pumpkin particularly in a little high, so are the silicone mats. You say I saved $7, well it should have been $10.95!

Signed up as new email subscriber. Never got email for 10% off and free shipping. S/W Jason who said he would send an email so I can redeem offer. Got a free shipping only offer. Horrible customer service. Don't like being misled. This will be my LAST order. I've been a customer for decades and never been treated so poorly. Also don't appreciate being talked over to join your rewards program. I said no several times. Sorry to say, Collections is no longer the company it used to be.

I placed an order on August 2. It was approved that night and I didn't think about it till I got an email asking if it was received. I tried unsuccessfully to email them back and finally called. I waited 10 minutes to speak to a rep and she told me my order was cancelled by Collections Etc because something went wrong with my card. They never emailed me to let me know that and now the items are sold out. This is no way to treat a customer. I am very disappointed in your customer service!

Placing my order should not have been so difficult. And the "processing fee'? Really? No one does that anymore. Kind of a cheat, in my opinion. Reminds my why I stick with Amazon. Depending how the rest of this goes – receive the proper products, decent quality, and timely receipt of order will inform if I shop here again or go back to Amazon.

I'm a returning customer. So, obviously I am pleased with your merchandise and pricing. Your shipping could use some improvement. It usually takes more than 14 days to reach my P.O. facility and this time the package was damaged and partially opened. Fortunately, nothing was mixing. 4 times out of 5 I'm happy with the products I've ordered. I especially love your sales!

One of the items we received was too small. I tried to get a return slip by e-mailing customer service. I never received a response. I have since shipped the item back – asking for a replacement in a bigger size, but I had to pay the return shipping charges. A return slip should be easy to find and access on the confirmation e-mails sent out, or on the web page.
This being said, we did like the items received! And appreciated the prices! Thank you!

Shopping experience was much better this time. I was able to enter credit card expiration date on the site where as before I was unable to.
However I have not heard back about my last order #88630821 of a quilt and shams that did not match. Quilt was ok but shams had a light blue back ground where as the quilt had a white background. PLEASE respond and let me know what is happening. Thank you so very much. Jean Gwynne

I love this company & since I cannot leave my home, due to the virus, I do a lot more shopping online. I'm getting pretty good at it for an old woman, my daughters tell me. The only suggestion I offer is to have an "add to cart," as you see the item as opposed to clicking on it, then having to go back. If you look on LTD's website you can see what I mean. They're one of my favorites too.

I should have gotten 10 % off on my order as a new email subscriber but your site would not allow it apparently because due to my inexperience with your system I inadvertently put my email info in twice. This was done within 10 minutes of each other. I called the 1-800 number twice, got non-native English speakers both times with whom there were mutual misunderstandings of the situation. I gave up trying to get the 10% off, so I ultimately subtracted items from my order.

I tried to place order this morning. I ordered three items which would have given me free shipping. But your system would not let me put in the expiration date off my credit card. I was told something was wrong with your system and to try later. So now I submitted order and had to pay $2.99 shipping. I decreased my order to two items since it didn't matter. So you lost a sale.

I bought these panties for my 92 year old mother. At 1st we thought these would be good at night. They were so comfortable that she wears them day & night. This was a great solution to the "diaper" she was wearing. Wearing these gave her back her comfort AND restored her dignity! I'm ordering her another 3 pair & possibly another 3 pair beyond that so she'll always feel good about herself & be comfortable, the way she deserves to! I'm so thankful for this product.

The diabetic socks don't stay up and the wig stand isn't worth the sale price; cheap plastic that won't hold the wig in place–falls over. I am usually OK with my selections but not this time.

A pair of the curtains was the wrong size even though the label said something different. The other pair of curtains I didn鈥檛 like the color. I had to send them back. One of the paw print lights are nog working so I鈥檓 not too thrilled.
