They claim delivery takes 2-3 business days, I have been waiting for my parcel for 10 days and I still haven鈥檛 received it. I emailed them asking when I can expect it, they apologized, which is kind, but could not tell me when it will be arriving. They just said maybe it will be delivered, maybe it won鈥檛 be delivered anymore, we don鈥檛 know. They did not offer me a solution to the problem whatsoever.
