Spent 4 points and got an xbox it arrived very quickly too great service

I joined Cokezone on the hyp'ed COKE promise of actually being able to win a decent games' console or TV or entertainment system, etc, but not a thing at all … not a single thing, not even a rubbish win …. I often question how real these so-called prize draw competitions actually are, and with COKEZONE, it's just re-enforcing the notion that it's just a gimmick for free advertising … so not really happy with COKE for such a scheme. (I would be praising it of course, if i had actually seen evidence of someone, including myself, who had actually won something of decent value/quality) . I will see if Pepsi brands are any better and maybe switch to their soft drinks (taking many of my associates with me …. and there are many!)

i got some great stuff , t shirts, headphones, hats, straw dispenser, napkin holder, salt and pepper shaker, mini speakers, bags, fridge magnets and more. all for collecting points from a product i would buy anyway. yeah bonus stuff.

This used to be great, you could get phones and tv's! Now you can get overpriced coke merch. About 2 years of saing will get you 10 cinema tickets. Yeah, I know right? Stay away from this joke.

Have seen better rewards added but still mainly overpriced free advertising for coke and stuff that you either have no chance of winning or stuff you could get for free anyway.

Have just lost my password upon getting a new password have found ALL of my saved points are gone!!!Am extreamly dissapointed in CokeZone for such underhanded tatics to stop people from getting the reqrds they would prefer not to give away

When Cokezone started in the UK it was so exciting. As a Coke merch collector, I was in heaven.

In the space of three years, the prices of the rewards have gone up and the variety of prizes has dropped off massively. For example, in 2009 I was able to get a "Coke tee in a tin" for 150 points. Even a year ago, a t-shirt was 200 points. Now they are 300.

Other countries still continue to get good value rewards. There are countless competition draws, but nobody wants those.

Cokezone also refuse to acknowledge customers' complaints. You used to be able to comment on the blogs, but they stopped that when they got inundated with negative comments. Now the blog is full of fluff and details about trips Cokezone take their staff on. Needless to say these don't go down well- that they can spend money on trips but don't spend it on rewarding customers.

We do get a monthly poll, but these never address any key issues- for example, a lot of people want games. The polls are often banal things like "how do you listen to music?" or "how old are you?" or "how do you access Cokezone?" They also block people on Twitter who complain.

I signed up when Cokezone was awsome. I have had so muh from them 3 boxes and some other stuff. However lately it is very very poor. I got 拢30 worth of HMV vouchers for the same amout of points that I got my first XBox for. Coke stopped the high value rewards telling us that we did not want them. Thanks for telling me that i did not want them I do I really do. Where are the mid piced items in unlimited amounts? I cant find any. Well there is an upside to all of this I am finally off of the huge amount of Coke I used to drink. I have emptied my account and now drink water and what ever cola is cheapest. If you want somthing for nothing keep dreaming if you want cheap rubbish and an addiction to caffine and a weight problem drink coke.

Terrible rewards, according to Coke zone "what the customers want", which is a totally lie, they treat you terribly. The staff are clueless.

Although, when there were good and had good rewards they were great!

I haven't visited their website for a few weeks and have just logged on to see the latest rewards. If you want to know, in decreasing point order and leaving only one out, A diet coke t shirt, a cherry coke t shirt, a coka cola t shirt, a vintage diet coke t shirt, a ladies diet coke t shirt, an enjoy coke t shirt, a better with coke t shirt, a smile with coke t shirt, and four more coke t shirts. I think we have here a clear case of the lunat..
(i.e the marketing people) taking over the asylum. If past experience of dud goods which never sell (i.e. share headphones) is anything to go by, these will block any new ones coming through. Don't waste your time here. I've switched to supermarkets own brands.

P.S. Just paid a return visit. After a system "upgrade" you now just get error messages when trying to review your past history more than a month back and when you take their poll. Also their "Coke news" simply gives notification of system maintenance which has already taken place. These clowns cannot even run a website properly.

I used up 350 points accumulated over last year for a 6 month T3 subscription a bit after Christmas. I am still waiting for my first issue and it's nearly April. I've tried chasing them up a couple of times but nothing ever seems to happen. The only merchandise available these days appears to be various Coke branded tee shirts. Are we supposed to use up our hard earned points just so as to become advertising hoardings for Coco Cola?? I've now given up on them

This site used to be so good with big ticket items available. A few months ago they changed to promised unlimited mid range rewards and they are still not delivering on this promise.

Customer service has gone downhill, along with the prizes, such a shame.

THis programme is about collecting consumer data.
CokeZone is at its core about this as you have willingly surrendered your e-mail address and other information about yourself which they can then use in the future for further marketing initiatives.
In fact The Trojan Horse behind Loayatly Programmes like this is obtaining Data about you.
Over time you surrender lots of valuable information about yourself and they use it to sell you more or find out more through sophisticated analytics.
This employs things like Lifetime and Predictive Modelling.
In terms of this Loyalty Programme think that Coke embarked on something which they now can't back out of and have taken a position of significantly reducing the value and desirability of the Prizes before extracitating themselves from this loyalty initiative.
IMO they misread the demand, when they first set CokeZone up, and went through a big cost cutting exercise which is reflected in the sub standard level of rewards.
In effect it's a two-step process having realised that the appeal of this programme is far greater than they expected and redemptions are running at a much higher level than predicted costs are running higher than they budgeted for.
So they decide to dumb the whole thing down which reduces costs with pretty mediocre prizes so that consumers start to get cheesed off (as many posts indicate) .
Step two is when they take the decison to close it down which wll be less of an issue as many are disenfranchised with it anyway.
The costs involved in setting something like this up must be quite high but Coke are savyy enough to have undergone a rigorous Return on Investment modelling.
To address some questions about how Coke have responded to the disappointment many have felt and their claims that Consumers are satisified with this initiative is not surprising.
All these companies are heavy users of Research and this can often tell you what you want it to tell you.
You NEVER hear of any Brand admit to a mistake.
It might sound like being damned by faint praise but the website design, navigation etc is first class … the sad thing is that it stills just leads you to a set of Fridge Magnets.

A few years ago, when coke zone was first announced, I signed up and saw amazing prizes such as iPhone and Xbox and PS2 and amazing prizes, as soon as the scammers (coca-cola) noticed that users were starting to build up on points, I had nearly reached 300, enough to get a PSP! they suddenly deleted all the best prizes and changed 300 points for a cap? yes A CAP? They treat us like mugs, then I was about to give all my 375 points into a competition to win some iPhones and other snazzy tech, when they closed my account because somehow I had been "cheating the system", I had honestly built up my points, I collected Coca-cola bottles, got the codes and when my mates were about to throw their bottles away I noted down the code, I had never ever cheated on their website, and they didn't give me any more information.
Disgusting company, I don't care if this is sent to the Head of Coca-cola they are a tasteless company and I for one, will never buy their bleached water again. Note to other users of Coke-zone : Nearly every single one of their vouchers can easily be found with a quick google search. Even the BBC- Watchdog programme criticised them on National Television because of their actions. I am disgusted of how they treated me as a customer and hopefully their sales will drop. If I could give 0 stars, I assure you, I would.

What once was a great site actually rewarding customer loyalty now treats those same customers as second rate citizens. Nothing really left on the site but rubbish that no one really wants to waste their points on (but apparently we do according to them).
I for one now spend a lot less on coke to what i used to about 75% less infact and this shows in the amount of points i now register on the site and that decrease in coke sales is a direct result of my experiance with this shockingly declining site

Cokezone is a joke. You have to spend hundreds of pounds on coke products just to get a free voucher which can be obtained by searching the net for free. cokezone offered watches for which you would have to drink 300 bottles of coke (costing over 拢300), these same watches could be purchased from a national chain store for a 拢1, yes ONE pound. I am gobbed smacked that coca cola authorise this rubbish. Just goes to show what coca cola thinks of their customers… we are all mugs. Perhaps I am a mug for spending my money on nothing more than sugared water. Not anymore. bye bye coca cola.

Used to be a really good site good prizes available if you had the points. Now just a lot of coke branded stuff and tat that no-one really wants.

Collected many cokezone points over a long time to 'save up' for some good items such as TVs, Stereos etc.

Almost saved up enough for my target TV then they scrapped these premium items so now there's only old tat and cheap nasty rubbish to 'spend' my cokezone points on.

This 'reward' scheme has gone from great to pathetic. A few years ago this site had flat screen tv's, digital cameras and xbox 360's. Now it has mostly Coke branded tat that apparently 'customers have asked for' and a load of cheap and nasty rubbish that you can find for free on the net. US and Australian sister sites are far superior and the UK Coke customers are being fobbed off royally. The blog was removed so we couldn't complain and any negative comments of the Facebook or Twitter pages result in being banned and in one case i know of, actually having your Cokezone account closed! All for just speaking up about the rubbish we're being fobbed off with. Not what you expect from a multi-national. multi-billion $ company. This site is now a joke, so if you're looking at signing up, do yourself a favour…………..DON'T!

Hopeless, insulting to its loyal customers, cheap, shabby and pointless.

Hardly a valid incentive for paying between 3 and 5 times as much for Coke than store own brand products.

When it first started out yes the prizes went really quick, but at least you could use your points to get something. I drink coke, its all I drink, so I amounted around 1300points and what did they go and do, got rid of the buying and brought in prizes?!?! I held onto the points in case something came up which just never happened. Replaced with this prize draw thing that just wastes your points and makes you not want to bother taking part…

The reason I give the site 2 stars is because I did get hold of a t3 6month subscription and a free glee dvd for my girlfirend recently. Seriously bring back the mega point buying scheme please!!! P.S barely anyone really gives a crap about the Olympics so drop that lol

Cokezone used to be excellent, excellent prizes, TV,s phones xbox's cameras etc. Now what do we have? Promotional crap that cokezone gets for free and expects us the paying customer to be happy with it. No I don't want to pay my points for a Graze fruit box sample when i can go to their website to and get one for free, I don't want a free blockbuster DVD rental when I can get that for free and I don't want Alton towers 2 for 1 coupon when a quick google search can get that for me. Everything on their site is promotional and they get for free, Compare this with Australia and USA cokezones and they have excellent prizes both low and high value, What is wrong with the UK that we get treated so shoddy? Are we second class or something?

Ah, but cokezone has said that they are only giving the prizes that the public want, they even did a survey, or so they claim. So they really expect us to believe that somebody has said, "Yes I would rather the coke t-shirt over the flat screen TV, I would rather the 2 for 1 Alton tower pass over the xbox360, of course I want the 'Coca-Cola' Sling Bag, stick that digital camera in the bin!". Pathetic, no sane person would ever say they wanted what is on the site now compared to what was on it before. They claim that people didn't want high end prizes they would rather the lower cost prizes. Which begs the question why cant they have both? Is it against the law to have both? No of course not. Its clear that they are being as cheap as possible, they don't care about the customer and Cokezone have clearly lied to us.

Many moons ago I joined coke zone with the promise of great rewards, such as TV's, mobile phones, computer games, DVD's and all manor of electronic goodness the only issue back then was the stocking of these high end rewards, about a hundred per month given out in batches which was cool IMO but people complained about availability of them. Fair enough you may say and coke zone responded to these complaints, not by making more available or limiting people to one "hero" reward per account for a month but buy taking them away O_o. they did how ever have a massive clearance sale where every thing was unlimited for about a month promising that once this was over people would have access to unlimited mid range rewards. Sounds like a fair trade, a little bit crap but hey ho what you gonna do.

Fast forward a few months the rewards we can expect are boxes of fruit, discount vouchers of coke t-shirts on a clothing website, free international calls from skype, We7 subscription, a brolly lipstick and a bloody scoody (more useless tat is available on the website) the stuff we actually wanted more of like the TV's etc are now only as prize draws with one winner a month and the twitter team stating these draws are very popular and get loads of people wasting points entering them (of course "popularity" of these would improve they removed all avenues for people to get what they actually want and glimmer of hope is what people are clinging on too) the blog on the coke zone site no longer allows comments and all interaction with its consumers has been moved to twitter and all previous blog comments wiped off the pages of coke zone 卢_卢. Considering the amount of characters generally used in the blog comments a move to twitter appeared to be restrictive an only intended to stop people leaving feed back. But we battled on asking coke zone where the mid range rewards were please could we have the high value rewards back, even suggesting the monthly pol questions that we would like to see instead of the market research or the ones loaded in their favor. Instead of actually getting answers that arn't "sorry we don't have anything you like maybe we will do soon", "what would you like to see on coke zone" without any intent of acting on these suggestions many are ignored by the team that tweets its consumers or blocked all together

So my advise for those who still have a cokezone account is to wait until one of the sporadic HMV voucher offings come up then use your points and get out and to people thinking about joining up, don't bother its not worth your time and effort

Cokezone used to offer great rewards but has since lost its way. It used to offer rewards to all genders but these days lipsticks, umbrellas, spa days and makeovers are the norm. They used to offer great high value rewards for TV's, cameras and steady supply of HMV vouchers and games for the rest. Despite many promises of Games and Dvd's will be back next month. They always get forgotten. The need to use some of their own branding. The need to change Cokezones rating from Zero to Hero by listening to the buying public. Such a shame!
