WORST WORST WORST Experience. Just can't give -stars or else I would have. I opened a Coinstash.com.au account couple of weeks back. Initially they asked me to do some verification to prove my IDENTITY. I did it and it was successful. My account was live. In order to do trading you need to deposit funds into their account which i did through my bank's PAYID(That GOD i deposited small amount). Money was credited to my account within 2 Minutes. Then to test I started a Trade and bought BTC. Then to test service I tried to withdraw the BTC to another wallet. Bang.."CANNOT WITHDRAW OR SEND FUNDS IN THIS TIER PLEASE UPGARDE TIER 2 by SUBMITTING LIVE PHOTO PROOF. Which I did right away. Next day i get an email from their support team-There seems to be a problem with your verification.
Reason: further verification needed

So I log in to the web portal which is coinstash.com.au and on the dashboard it said-
Your account with Coinstash has been rejected….Get in TOUCH

Since the GET IN TOUCH is a separate tab and one can click on it, I did and it opened an email page with [email protected] So since then I wrote to them numerous times but there was no reply or response from their end at all. I tried to call their number numerous times which by default goes to voice recording, and left 3 messages till now but no reply…

It seems they do not want to allow me to withdraw that money in my account no matter what I do., I cannot withdraw it and cannot send it to anywhere else. They are not responsive at all and the whole thing is stuck there.

The only thing I can do is to Log In to their account and See my money as the balance which they currently possess.
Companies like these should not behave in such a manner.

Please Help me to find a way to get out of this mess.
