I have deposited 10 NEO weeks ago, it has still showing nothing in my account. I have talked to the live support like 5 times already, it is still nothing!! They also knew this problem already.

What I am getting is still nothing, they even liked my tweet on their twitter, but still NOTHING in my account. It is really feel a scam at this point now. Since I can't do anything with it, it has already in their account.

The tracker already showing deposit successfully there weeks ago!! But my account is still 0 and asked the support, the support keeps avoiding the problem now, without replying me.

I know the alt coins dropping hard since, but never thought in my life, they would scam me for a mere 10 NEO, I am still in shock!

I am strongly suggesting them to contact me, if they ever seeing me posting this, I just hope you don't turn into a scam for mere 10 NEO.

Never use this website. You can send them money and when you want to withdraw they ask for authentication. They don't accept my driver's license and I don't have any other Id. Now my funds arr frozen.

Their volume of trade is low as well.

Lost my coins from my account as someone transferred out and wasn't me. They could not tell me who or any id number. Later they gave me a txid that didn't exist as verified by a good exchange. They then would not return emails. Lots of bad stories..

They refuse to send me my $40 worth of Bitcoin. Do not trust them. They just hide behind "Tips on the coin page" which A) has not been said when creating the account, B) is not shown in English, only in Chinese and C) is probably against the law anyway. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these fraudsters !!!
