Can someone help me!
I spent over 拢200 on this site my money can't be transferred to another wallet they emailed asking for verification i gave it and now no response and they are still not responding to me.
So my money is stuck in coin direct, no support to help me!!!!!!!!!!

seems legit at first, the usual
let me buy bitcoin

the thing is, you aren't allowed to send it ir do anything with it. it'll always be declined, the support sucks, can't verify with any form of proof that I have and support does not help whatsoever to resolve the issue. Probably took money from a loooot of people, avoid this site and don't become another one

I have done a deposit with them soon as i tried to send my coins to my wallet and they never came

I鈥檝e been charged a dormancy fee since December 2019 without receiving any notification, which is completely unethical behavior and the irony is that on their homepage they say there鈥檚 鈥榥o hidden fees鈥? So why have you have been hiding this fees from me? I鈥檓 utterly disappointed as I thought my XRP holdings would be safe on your exchange but clearly you鈥檝e been taking some of it without my awareness every month. Will be moving a to different exchange and will tell my friends and family to do the same as I was the one that told them to buy on Coindirect. Now I鈥檝e got to explain myself of why they lost some of their holdings

So far on using this wallet I have nothing bad to say, buying, recieving and sending crypto has been straight forward with no issues what so ever really liking this wallet and I will continue using there wallet app, a great all round wallet.

Difficult to sell coins and withdraw money, there's a GBP and Euro thing going on, so when selling digibyte I had to buy Euros and withdraw it to a card. There is no option to configure to a bank account, which is on my profile already. There is a "withdraw" or "fund" option and I think the latter is for buying more euros because it says "Top up your EUR wallet using a bank transfer. Minimum: 20 EUR," so very non user friendly. Click on withdraw and its a dead link. Obviously I used a card to purchase the coins in the first place but no that's not good enough, with facial recognition to withdraw etc. So far a protracted experience just to get a few hundred pounds out. I had an email re. bank a/c using SEPA (Iban, Bic codes) and finally made the transaction, with a 0.40 Euro fee to my account and 拢 loss due to time wasted.

Stay away from these guys. Luckily I've only made a 鈧?00 first purchase as a test and they're just refusing to release my Ltc transfer now. I was going to buy big into Ltc (I'm talking in excess of 50k) as investment. Had a lucky escape. No email replies either. I count myself lucky – I was attracted by their low fees initially but I guess I'll stick to Coinbase for the rest of my crypto investments.

Bought some VET, my very first crypto purchase overall, and had no problems.
Paid with mastercard, they had like 0,65鈧?in fees on a transaction valued 20鈧?and had it on my coindirect wallet within seconds. Then send it over to my personal wallet and it got there as well. Took maybe 15mins.
No complaints whatsoever. I also did not have to provide any bank details, nothing really.

Initially I had given the CoinDirect a negative review. After they reached out to me here on Trustpilot I was put in contact with Imrah from CoinDirect who then went out of way to assist me with the issue and we were able to resolve everything. through this process I have noticed that this company has come a long way since my initial experience with them upgrading many of their systems and function to allow for smoother and more efficient processing of transactions. I have since had no trouble withdrawing funds from my account and am glad that they went out of their way to assist.

I paid first order 200鈧? coins received in wallet, but sending coins out of the wallet they dont process until now, asking for more and more docs for verification and than i asked to confirm me a refund and they do not respond my ticket anymore. my laywer now has an eye of the conversation with them.

Scam. avoid! The withdrawals fail every attempt and support do not respond. how this scum has his site on first page of google boggles the mind.. he must have lots of back links. quality back links can be reported so again boggles the mind. not enough being done to take this site down.

I will show anyone who wants to see the mail's. This company actually sucks worse than Hitler. I have been trying now since the 2nd may 2020 to get my money. It's now the 20th may 2020. It's not like it's alot. It's 拢35.
Please stay away from them. It's the worst run company IV ever come across.
I'm getting useless answers off them. IV given my IBAN number 4 times. It's never changed. It's my IBAN number.

My vet coins double in price in that month. I'm furious.. Really pissed off.. Please stay AWAY PLEASE .. Imagine if I had put 拢1000 or maybe 拢10.000

Avoid using Coindirect completely.
I made multiple deposits into my Euro wallet and was allowed to make purchases of crypto worth 2.5BTC, but was denied withdrawals at several attempts. Supports are non-existent as they don鈥檛 reply any of your tickets. I鈥檝e however been able to take fast actions by reporting to the funds recovery experts (email address which is fun-ds rec- over-y-dome |AT| pro-tonm-ail |DOT| c om) if needed that assisted to get my money back without having to pay any fees. Neglect [-].

Avoid Coindirect, and stay away.

I was holding btc in my COINDIRECT wallet. Next thing it was gone in 4 withdrawals over 4 months. Response to my emailed query says they sent me an email to advise they were going to begin applying Dormancy Fee in order to take better Care of Active Clients, which I never received.
I asked why I had not received any notification regarding account activity on each occasion they chose to withdraw my coin, whereas previously I had always received email notifications when I had personally transacted on my account, I received no answer. 10 emails later asking this same question, still No response to this question, just an email asking me to rate their service! Really!!

I purchased my first load of cryptocurrency using Coindirect, which totalled nearly 拢1500. My purchase was spread out evenly between Ethereum and Litecoin. When it came to withdrawing my funds to be deposited into my own wallet, I became alarmed to see the number of people claiming they had lost all their money when they requested their funds be moved out of the exchange. After many hours and several emails to their useless customer support team I was able to retrieve all my funds from the exchange. Maybe I was just lucky on this occasion, but it appears others鈥?have not faired so well. It was an overall slow, expensive and stressful process, and I recommend that you avoid this exchange, especially if the other reviews are in fact true. You may not be so lucky.

The minimum fees are very high and their platform gives you alot of trouble.It took 2 weeks for my ZAR deposit to reflect and that too after emailing them so many times.
They have "hidden fees" they charged me this so called transaction dormancy fee +-R80 every month for not being active on the platform longer than 3 months.
They mention about their transaction dormancy fee on their terms and conditions page instead of fees page.
Whatever problem you have will not get sorted with 1-2 emails but rather multiple emails.
At one stage i had money in my zar wallet (more than their minimum amount) and i just could not purchase anything at all ,i emailed them multiple times then only the problem got solved.

I signed up in 2018 and did not have any problems with my COINDIRECT account .
I traded and transferred to other exchanges with no problems.
I went away on holiday in December 2019 and found out that a transaction fee for each and every coin in my Coin direct wallet went of on the 1 February 2020 stating DORMANT ACCOUNT.
THEY BASICALLY STOLE EVERYTHING and still I have access to continue depositing into my accounts with them?
They probably got into trouble and are using depositors funds to cover their loses while continuing to trade and take in more deposits. Imagine depositing money into a ABSA , FNB OR Nedbank account and having your money taken out of your account and told its because your account is dormant ,but you are welcome to deposit some more !

The first transaction worked fine, just to lure you in.

Then:
They deduct the funds from your credit card for crypto bought. Next thing now suddenly you have to validate your profile again. I sent them the same 100% legal documents and photos. Now they keep rejecting my documents so they can block my crypto from leaving their exchange.
Now all I receive is hollow emails and your documents was rejected.

All the negative reviews you read about this exchange is 100% real. They are common criminals.

They do not have any telephone number or provide you with any after several email requests to talk to them directly.

They all have cellphones? If they were brutally honest why not let you phone them on your own costs and sort out real disputes where you loose money.

They stole 200 euro / 3500 rand = 4500 Cardano from me. It might not be a lot of money, but what about their next victim.

Pathetic!!! Don't put your money here. It's easy and simple to deposit, but try transferring to other wallets. They stopped my transaction of 1.01 BTC and says I need to verify my account (which was done long ago) and provide proof of funding. Their support team doesn't respond to any emails. I am still waiting. Beware. These guys are scammers.

Crooked, deceitful down right crooks. They have a support email but its like pouring words into an empty well, you never get a reply.
But I have employed a PI to find telephone numbers addresses etc. because they give you no contact details except that useless email. I also tried to withdraw funds and then they vanished and that was it. Well I am not sitting on my hands. One for all and all for one, are you with me. We will get our money back, lets hear it from you.
