Bought DiRT5 for Xbox on pre-order, installed it on release. Game refuses to work, freezes 5 mins after starting to load. Codemasters refuses to reply to my multiple messages for assistance, as does Microsoft from whom I bought the game. Probably too wrapped up in their acquisition by EA Games for $1.2 billion to give a damn about their customers.

Very nice company !

They make very nice games ! Like the GRID series, the old TOCA series, and much more ! Not only racing game, a lot of games ! You can trust them, and you can buy there game !
