Bought the whole package….couch, topper, chair and ottoman. Lillian honored a past promo since white leather wasn't available at time of my original purchase. She was great to work with. Product arrived when expected, great follow-up (calls) from their delivery service, awesome packaging, great design and comfort. ME HAPPY.

Delivery got to us on time. The couch came in exactly how it was described online. It's the perfect size for our need (we have a 1 bedroom condo), love the plug in features on the side, and the red leather is even prettier in person!
Definitely NOT disappointed in value of this product, and might also get the ottoman to go with it soon as well!

Delivery was a breeze. The guys brought the huge boxes up the stairs and into my apartment. I put the ottoman and sofa together by myself. That too was easy-peasy. The only pain in the process was cutting down the mountain of cardboard for disposal. So far, love the the two pieces. I believe the ottoman is necessary for the reclining posture I enjoy. Fell asleep watching a game last night – so it passed my rigorous testing with flying colors. Very happy with the purchase – knew it fit my needs the minute I saw the advert. Begging for a nice discount sealed the deal.

Excellent customer service. Truly great. Ease of set up is a 5 star. I鈥檓 a 65 year old 125 lb lb woman and did it by myself. The cardboard breakdown is the hardest part. Love it!

This was the best experience to buy furniture online. Costumer service is the best. Fast communications and answers to my questions right away. ( about the size, about delivery time etc ) my delivery was supposed to be at 10am to 6pm. I asked them to make it early if possible ! They were here at 9am. They even communicated with me when they were on their way ! The sofa is absolutely beautiful and comfortable ! Thank you !

The delivery experience was awful. I had paid extra for getting the couch delivered and "Assembled" I put that in quotation marks, as there is no assembly, just attaching the four legs. The delivery men that showed up to my new townhome that was just built, decided to take the couch out of the box and take it up to the top floor. I thought it was weird they were taking it out of the box and exposing the metal part that could easily damage drywall if it made contact, but I thought they were experts. I ended up having to assist the deleviry men in getting the couch up to my room. These were not experts, the couch damaged my drywall of a brand new home in multiple places. An awful feeling to a place you just moved. I reported to Coddle, they did practically nothing. Just told me that is on the delivery company, they will reach out with claims forms. I regret this experience and don't recommend this company to anyone.

The furniture is beautiful, literally larger than life and luxurious-looking. Comfort begins the second one relaxes into the soft firmness afforded by these pieces.

Staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond what I have experienced with other online retailers. Lilian, one of the customer service reps, even called me on her day off to help me resolve a quirky situation.

I absolutely recommend the furniture and the company. I do not think you will be disappointed by either.

This is based on the ordering and delivery experience only. Just got the couch and haven't even sat in it yet. Everything so far has been like clockwork. LOTS of cardboard, might be nice if they figured out a way to reuse it. It is a snap to open and assemble, wouldn't take much for that to be included so that they could.

Great couch. Comfortable for smaller people but not very useful for tall people as the couch is not very deep

Ordering was easy the delivery failed. I did get the couch but was out of town so I had to move it myself in my apartment

Love my new coddle couches. They are beautiful and comfortable. Such a unique design and it was a cinch to put together just click on the legs. The boxes are very very large so make sure you have room for them but the delivery was right on time and they were very helpful. Thumbs up for Coddle!!

Ordering and shipping I will give 5 stars 猸愶笍 Kristi Roberson was more than helpful. Delivery was a mess. Their was only 1 person to deliver my coddle ( not his fault ) and had to leave it in the lobby and couldn鈥檛 take up to the 3rd floor where I live which annoyed the manager. I had paid for white glove service, which the delivery man had with him and knew nothing about what it meant. I was able to get 2 friends to get it up my apartment, put it together and remove the packaging then take it to the recycling center and dispose of it. Again, Kristi Roberson was there and eased my anxiety throughout the whole mess up. God bless her she was professional and calming to me throughout the whole time . She deserves 10 stars.

We totally love our coddle, it is such great quality and more than we ever expected, It is truly everything they say and so comfortable, you can see how they really have researched over 100 years to come up with such a wonderful piece of furniture.

My experience from my first call to order to the delivery was wonderful, the representative I had, Lillian, was so willing to help me place my order and went over all the details regarding the furniture and the delivery which went so smoothly and arrived earlier than anticipated, we are going to purchase another one, I would definitely recommend this.

We love the quality, comfort and versatility of the coddle couch and mattress. I do wish.that the mattress were less expensive. Shortly after financing mine, the mattress went on a promotion for 50% off. Financing is great if you need it. Bed is comfortable. Couch is great.

Very nice glad we did it

Love my new coddle couch! My wife found this online after an extensive online search trying to find something with style AND comfort. Let's face it, how many sofa sleeper's or futons are actually comfortable. Bought the topper as well and it's perfect!

The only issue I had was the delivery company that was used for the 'white glove delivery'. Cheap outfit! I spoke to them ahead of time telling them that the couch would go in my upstairs office in a townhouse and it was never written down so just one delivery driver pulled up. The poor guy had to carry it himself with my wife helping. Not exactly my idea of white glove delivery but it ended up being setup as planned by him.
