I too ordered two weeks before my daughters baby shower and paid 20 for rush shipping which guaranteed delivery within 12 days. I kept checking the tracking. When it got close to the shower date I contacted customer service to see where it was and they responded so sorry it is in transit and to give it a few more days. I did and when it still didn't arrive I contacted them to cancel. They responded and said they couldn't. I said it must be lost because its been in ny for two weeks. Well the package finally arrived a month later and when I contacted them for the promised refund of the shipping they never responded or issued the refund. Not to mention theses are the cheapest looking onies I've ever seen. Don't waste your money with this company they are crooks.

I am really disappointed about all that situation with this order. Order date the 28th of the February. Estimated delivery 18/03/19-23/03/19. When I checked tracking it wasn't any movements till the 19th of March and order was still allocated in USA. I contacted to customer service and asked to cancel this order as I realised there is no chance to get it on the time (as the 26th of March going to Mexico and I needed those stuffs to that trip). I did receive replay from cocosa customer service they can't cancel my order as my items have now been shipped. I asked to rearrange with the delivery company my order to be delivered after the 10th of the April when I back from Mexico. I did receive the replay that this has cleared through customs on 25/03/2019, picking takes no longer 5 business days and they attempt delivery within 48 hours! They ( cocosa) absolutely ignored my enquiry despite all mess about that order!!!

Love the website, recently I order a pair of boots arrived in 3 days unfortunately they was a bit tight should had gone half size up as mention on the website contacted costumer Athirah was very helpful and replied to my msg in 24h highly recommended and will be shopping soon ??

Waited weeks for my order before being told by email both items were no longer available. Waited the five working days for the refund to be processed and still not had any monies returned. Am also in dispute over return postal costs for a previous item that was very poor quality and badly sized. Will not use again.

I can not fault the experience I have had!
Firstly I found a product my mom was after everywhere and really wanted at near half the price, and when it arrived she was over the moon, and in turn so was I!
As a first time user I was skeptical but each time I sent a contact request they responded the same day and were very clear and reassuring.

I am an old customer with cocosa and have been ordering with them from more than a year now but i hate their customer service as i dont have any customer service contact details and previously also i had a problem where i ordered a garment but it wasnt the correct size and aftwr waiting for a month i gave up and gifted to someone else and now i ordered jeans on 4th of march and was told that i will be dispatched by 48 hours and have still got nothing even i tried calling the courier company (hermes) but it was of no use.
I am leaving my order number here just in hope that the company can look into it as i had no other option (24622337)

I ordered 3 necklaces in stainless steel because other metals cause an allergic reaction, plus an amethyst bracelet and necklace. When they arrived apparently via their L.A. warehouse they were dreadfully poor quality indeed, I have seen better in some lower end retailers in the UK. Not worth the 拢15.00 each supposedly reduced from around 拢30 each. The amethyst was synthetic poundshop value. I am totally disgusted as I specifically ordered them for a milestone birthday in 2 weeks time. 拢74.00 paid only worth 拢5
