Hello, please don鈥檛 buy from them. They are fraud. I have kept all the email responses as evidence. I wrote to change my order, and they refused to refund me on my credit card, said they can only refund me on my account on their website. And they said they did. But when I logged in to check, they didn鈥檛 refund the full amount. I wrote to them and they didn鈥檛 respond on that. Then I checked the order was not shipped yet so I wrote to cancel my order two times, they didn鈥檛 reply. Then I got a message saying my order was shipped. That鈥檚 the only message I got. I still don鈥檛 get my full refund. Please don鈥檛 buy from them like I did.

Order is never delivered but refound given within one month. I ordered cream and only what I received after was one email that order is dispatched with tracking number. Tracking was showing the item in transit for couple of months, I have been waiting for two or months and requested refound, they accepted my request quickly but refound took some more time

This company was marvelous for several orders, but during Covid it was a disaster and I had an experience that was similar to other posts. I do not think they are scammers, I believe that maybe overwhelmed in customer service and very French and will not admit there is a problem. I used PayPal and I would have gotten a credit through them (which was also somewhat of a nuisance with filing complaints). However after two months my package did arrive. Their products are genuine, good quality and the prices are quite reasonable, but the customer service is poor if there is a problem. I will most likely try again after the pandemic resolves a bit.

I placed an order in September 2020. The parcel did not show up, on contacting cocooon they advised they would have to investigate with Hermes, they then said Hermes were confused with my address but the address was written very clearly. They then advised that if it was lost they would refund me but I鈥檝e heard nothing. I鈥檝e followed up with them and they said they would have to investigate. No one has replied with an update. I tried following up however my emails have been ignored. DO NOT use this company.

I placed an order on 16th November (from Cocooncenter.fr ) and it鈥檚 still in France.
With the delivery info, they sent me an invalid tracking number with DPD. After my request, I received a valid tracking number with Collissimo and not DPD in which the info was lost till 28th. I have not updated since then. Also, partner shipment in Ireland reported on Collissimo website is Anpost while on your website and in the first tracking link is reported is DPD.
At the end of November, Customer service told me that my parcel was at the airport in France and the delay was justified due to the Covid situation. Then, they told me that an investigation was opened and can take 30 days to 90 days depending on the country of delivery (on 7th December), so they were not able to refund me, since the investigation was not completed.
Since i was very tired i opened a dispute with Paypal and at the end, i received my refund.
So if you wanna try to buy from them at least pay with Paypal. They admitted that my parcel was lost only after i opened the dispute with PayPal.
If you are reading this, i hope you changed your mind.
Update: the apparently lost parcel has appeared again after the PayPal refund. On 22/01/ 2021 the parcel status is 'returned to the sender'. Definitely scammers

Weeks ago, I had a technical glitch on Amazon and ordered directly with this company, which delivered me several parcels throughout the years on Amazon.
Used SEPA, the surest way. Ban transfer. They have my shortened name, surname like used on cards, the address, telephone, email.
Well guess what? They asked me for my RIB, where BIC IBAN are mentioned with the complete name. In France,
they can use it to buy online as it was confirmed by a kind vendor by phone. Cocooncenter refuses to deliver the parcel, fortunately, 56 euros, shipping included without the RiB. Bizarre Bizarre moi j'ai dit bizarre like Louis Jouvet said with grace. The amount is small so they keep it and keep the items. It takes one thief in a company to rot the company. With covid and Breixit, they select a few victims now and then to pay for their expenses. Nobody is going to sue them for small amounts. SEPA payments are dangerous. Once the money is sent, RIP the money, if they are in bad mood.
Socialism makes people that way. The honest pay for the lazy entitled. Refusing to ship a paid parcel is a first for me. 8 years of deliveries. A-Z Guarantee for most.
Avoid Cocoon theft Center at all Cost.

Very poor customer service. I ordered three packs of a product from this website that costed me 拢75 to the UK and paid postage of 拢16.99 only to find out that I additionally had to pay import taxes of 拢22 on the border control. The seller failed to mention this additional cost and the terms of this postage and also refused to refund my postage cost of 拢16.99

While some negative reviews did make me nervous, I decided to take a chance ordering from them and I鈥檓 glad I did! Products took exactly 10 days to ship from France to South Korea and arrived as advertised. I鈥檒l definitely shop with them again. Highly recommended!

I really wish that I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. I ordered 4 MAM glass bottles for my baby. I was due to receive my order last week. The tracking number provided is showing as invalid on dpd tracking. I have emailed cocooncenter several times, I am dealing with the same lady who has been nothing but rude and arrogant to me which really took me by surprise. She has advised that I should not email again and that an investigation will take up to 90 days. Who can wait this long?! I will need to reorder the bottles elsewhere as my baby obviously needs them now. I urge anyone to think twice before ordering from this company. Awful awful awful!

I orderded several packages of a product that is not available locally after reading really scary and disheartening reviews and to be honest I was expecting a real headache, loss even with my order but to my superise it got delivered a week earlier than expected by Hemes and I couldn't be happier. The product and the packaging were exelllent and in perfect condition. My advise don't hesitate to make an order based on a bad review because every order experience is different. I will be ordering again & I highly recommend Cocconcentre.

Shipment of 7 jars of bath salts arrived with contents spilt all over inside of packaging box on 5 October 2020. I took a photo immediately and contacted customer services. Ophelie responded and offered me a refund or replacement. I opted for a refund. Two weeks later I had still received nothing. I contacted them again. They said it would be processed. Finally received refund but only for 3 of the 7 items. They are claiming only 3 out of 7 jars were damaged when I had told them at the start that 3 jars were totally empty and the other four had loose lids with partial spills. They now claim they only originally offered me a refund for 3 items which is blatantly untrue (I have all the emails to prove). They are now not responding to my emails. I will never shop with them again. Avoid at all costs.

I sent an email to complain, to which they replied instantly asking for a copy of my ID and a hand written letter of complaint – total scam!! Don't go anywhere near them

Made an order, then saw all the negative reviews here and was a bit worried. Writing this review now, because I just received my order and everything was in perfect condition (also checked the expiration dates for all the items and everything was fresh). My order took 7 days to arrive (for my country it is very quick) and I was able to check the delivery updates all the time. The only negative I can find is that the delivery was quite pricey, however as everything I ordered was many times more affordable than from my local pharmacies, it doesn't really matter.

Always check shelf life of all items you get from them! Cocooncenter sends EXPIRED or almost expired products at full price. They do not refund these items. Their support (a woman called Ophelie replied to me) is arrogant and doesn鈥檛 try to help. Worst experience ever.

The customer service is horrible. There is a woman that she is the only one that talks English and you can communicate at all.
She is really rude and arrogant. They send my parcel to the wrong address and she is refusing my request for a refund while its their mistake.

Delivery took a month instead of 3-5 working days, and I had to buy the same goods in the pharmacy nearby since Cocoon center failed to deliver it on time. Of course, I asked Cocoon center to cancel my order and refund me. For the past 2.5 – 3 months they keep telling me that my parcel STILL didnt reach its sender (lol). So I have been waiting for my refund for three months now which is outrageous. And all this time they keep telling me they will receive the parcel back soon and then will start the refund process, I think I will either not receive my money back at all or it will happen in several months. Unbelievable.

I bought 2 products from Cocooncenter 15th of July, were shipped on the 17th, and arrived yesterday the 27th to Australia-Melbourne. It was with the Delivery schedule between Wednesday 22 July 2020 and Friday 31 July 2020. Due to all the bad reviews, I was so afraid to be scanned, but I have to strongly recommend this place, the products arrived on time, very well packed, and the products are what I bought. I will buy again from them without regret. My personal experience with Cocooncenter more than satisfactory. Very happy.

I order green clay and other French Pharmacy items from Cocooncenter and never had any problems. I usually select either DPD or DHL delivery to the UK. I placed an emergency order during Covid (for a French Pharmacy body cream – literally the only one that makes my skin feels comfortable and not dry) selecting DHL delivery and it literally arrived from France to the UK after 1 day.. I think it was even dispatched on the same day I made the order. Anyway, the items usually arrive carefully packed and the containers are always clean. I've used Cocooncenter since 2017 and never had to contact Customer Services because never had any issues.
My last big order placed on 22nd July in the evening arrived this morning (24th July). The items inside the sturdy box were protected by recyclable paper filling, some delicate items were wrapped in bubble wrap (although, I do not think bubble wrap was necessary, these could have just been wrapped with paper or smtng). The person who packed the items did it very carefully! All items, as per usual, have a best before label and the packaging is very clean (you know how sometimes items arrive all icky and scratched and dusty.. never happened with Cocooncenter, they must have a nice warehouse).

I鈥檓 still waiting for my refund for goods ordered on 12 March. I鈥檝e emailed regularly and constantly put off with the tale that they had to wait for an investigation by the couriers which would take at least 30 days. We鈥檙e long past that and I still haven鈥檛 received anything. They鈥檝e got to have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DON鈥橳 USE THEM.

If I could give zero I would.
They really do not give a hoot if something goes wrong. My items arrived wrecked – I spent nearly 拢20 sending it back like the requested – proved that the item was delivered to France by tracking and they lost the parcel in their factory and won鈥檛 refund me!! The guts of 拢50 wrecked items I sent back too.
The amount of time I have wasted back and fourth with these absolute jokers.
What company still doesn鈥檛 refund you when you have done everything and showed tracking but because it wasn鈥檛 signed for they take no responsibility even though it stated it was delivered! Not my fault a worker didn鈥檛 sign it their end.
They do have good products yes – but if anything goes wrong – expect one of the worst customer services ever. I will not give up until I get that money back and will be contact the French authorities.

After I read the reviews here I was really worried about buying through this website. But the availability and prices were too tempting, so I decided to risk it. I spent 拢70 in products and didn't pay the insurance fee. I chose DPD as I had too many issues before with Hermes (when buying from other websites, not this one). The very well pack package arrive from France, during covid, in less than a week! I was happy with the products and relieved because everything arrived. So no issues what so ever! Thankfully a happy customer. Hopefully you will be too.
