I had bought from Coconut Bowls a year or 2 ago and didn't have any issues at all, I received my package and was really happy with the bowls.

I decided to buy some more bowls from them this year and I never received the package. To make matters worse, the package has been shown as Delivered which means no one from the company is willing to help me, they say it's between the post office and me but the post office tells me it's up to the sender to intervene.

I've been at home this whole time because of Covid so I would know if the package had been delivered! Terrible experience and I'm disappointed as I was an advocate for the brand before this. Won't shop with them again, I've just lost money and never received my package.

Wow…I wish I had read these reviews before spending my money…now I'm actually scared of having wasted my money and not receiving anything! In these already difficult times. I am disgusted, as many on here, with this company's customer support team and the actual lack of proper ability to get in touch with them.
I ordered a bowl for myself and a set as a gift for a friend on 25.10 and am still waiting for anything to be shipped….
Surely they can't take people's money and give nothing? Isn't that a scam?
I don't earn millions and can't afford to just throw money away for nothing.
I've had some email exchange with their customer support but their last email on 04.11 said they expect to ship my order within 48 hours…it's the 10th today and still nothing and they have not responded to my further emails.
1 star is purely because i can't give 0 stars.
I am horrified by this whole experience! Please don't waste your money on them. There are other companies selling coconut bowls…maybe they are better.

I鈥檓 updating my review finally got my products they are awesome. I did have A miso of item and couple of nroken bowls but the recipe book is amazing and so beautiful.

The only thing that holds me back for a full 5stat is the customer service and care and lack of accountability for their part still needs improvement. Bit the products are fabulous it鈥檚 just the communication and response time. Praying they will work on this. As a person who's job with nbc universal is to provide top notch service I鈥檓 very very hard and won鈥檛 tolerate bad service especially these days.

But I always have hope. Or maybe they need more help and to create a customer service number so people can actually speak to someone.

I would be so great at this so maybe I could work remotely to be that person and build a team all over the world they proved service too.
So if the founder sees this I would love to speak to you. I鈥檓 actually creating a business to teach other how to be the best and provide 5 star service a concierge business plan.

Anyway thank you CCB and Ron for being better.

I am so disgusted is the customer service. And all you do is tell lies..
You state on your website. Shipped 24-48 hours
I鈥檓 still waiting over 2 weeks. You haven鈥檛 shipped them at all. Yet I get a generated email saying delivery is slow because of Covid.. you haven鈥檛 even sent them!!
I want my money back now!!

BEWARE!! DON'T BUY FROM COCONUT BOWLS! NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE COMPANY!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY SIGN THEIR EMAILS "IN KINDNESS". WELL IT IS NOT 鈥淜IND鈥?TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON AND IT TAKES TWO DAYS OR MORE TO GET A NON HELPFUL COMPUTER RESPONSE TO EMAILS. RIDICULOUS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE: JAKE HAS REPLIED WITH A VERY MISLEADING AND INTIMIDATING STATEMENT. HE OBVIOUSLY HAS NOT READ HIS OWN COMPANY EMAILS TO ME. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED: THEY REPEATED WHAT I HAD WRITTEN TO THEM IN AN EMAIL. AFTER WEEKS OF NOT GETTING THE PRODUCT- THE PACKAGE HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED BECAUSE OF ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN. THEIR EMAIL WAS POINTLESS BECAUSE IT TOLD ME WHAT I ALREADY KNEW AND WHAT I ALREADY TOLD THEM! IE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN. THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND MY SON WHO THIS WAS SENT TO HAS LIVED THERE FOR 5 YEARS AND GETS PACKAGES EVERYDAY FOR WORK. THE DAY THIS WAS RETURNED HE RECEIVED 3 PACKAGES. JAKE THEN EMAILED ME THAT IT WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT WHAT WENT WRONG. BUT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR WALK IN SERVICE AND THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL. JAKE'S COMPANY HAS CHOSEN USPS AS THEIR DELIVERY MODE SO IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIGURE OUT WHY USPS DID NOT DELIVER. 鈥?THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO DO THAT!
IF JAKE'S COMPANY IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY HE WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT BY SENDING ANOTHER BOOK IMMEDIATELY BY FED EX.

For the ebook does not work and now tells me that I have exceeded my downloads. I have sent numerous emails and messages on messenger but no reply. The worst customer service I have ever come across for an organisation. Never again.

Never arrived. Communication is terrible, I haven鈥檛 got one email back in 3 weeks and will be taking this further. $200 down the drain. Would not recommend.

Never arrived!!
Been 3 weeks and I have not received a thing. Not even tracking information. They don't answer emails or messages on Facebook. I have received no actual communication except automatic emails. Always the same message. I have opened a case against them on PayPal. Will never recommend.

Didn鈥檛 come when they were supposed to but I emailed, received a quick reply apologising and refunded the delivery cost straight away. I was then told they would promise to send out beginning of the week and they did. Items are beautiful, worth the wait in my eyes.

I had a rough start with coconut bowls due to the shipping carrier, but thankfully I was able to get help from Jake the founder of coconut bowls. He was more than understanding and sent me a reshipment since the mail carrier delivered my package elsewhere. I have received my order and I'm in love with my bowls and everything else! And OMG the coconut lime candle is to die for!! I will be ordering more items soon, I cannot wait to order their cups. My 11 yr old daughter is all about save the turtles and eco friendly environment so she's beyond happy with her new bamboo straws ( which are perfect for drinking BOBA with)

Again thank you Jake for taking the time and making things right!! I'm one happy customer! (Just wish mail carriers where more responsible with the managing of your beautiful bowls)

Really looking forward to getting a set of coconut bowls.
Took about 3 weeks to arrive which was ok.
Used them this morning for cereal and they leaked alot.
After seeing what to do to send them back it's such a faff,you need original packaging, I threw it away when I got them.you also have to pay postage.
I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Agree with other reviews – customer support appalling and when a response was eventually received they have confirmed that I have to expect that the cups may leak if I put liquid in them!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY. Utter waste of money

So dissapointed with this company. Their customer servise is just awful takes ages to reply. It has been 2 months and never seen my parcel yet. Paid almost 拢100 DO NOT order with this company. I know my rights and I want my parcel or money back. Thought they care about their customers but definitelly don鈥檛.

Would give zero stars but there is no option! I ordered two separate orders with this company over 6 weeks ago, I have tried numerous methods of contacting them and have been ignored on all platforms (money for orders has been taken by the way!) You can't even check with your tracking number as they conveniently don't provide you with one despite asking you to check using your tracking number. Have got consumer affairs and PayPal dealing with this matter now.
Please avoid at all costs, extremely dodgy company.
Note: I have have had a response on this platform below however have not been provided with contact details to contact Jake. Can you PLEASE provide me with valid contact details if you say that all my previous attempts to contact you are not being received.
A contact telephone number would be preferred as I would like to speak with someone given I have tried every other means of contact….(your website contact form, email address, Instagram, FB) all of which I have had no response

Absolutely the worst customer service! I asked for an ETA and was told soon. When it finally shipped, I never received my order. When I contacted them and told them I haven鈥檛 receive it, they simply sent me the tracking number and said it was delivered to my mailbox. Believe me, nothing is there. So I emailed them back saying that and I haven鈥檛 heard back…it鈥檚 been 4 business days. I regret donating my money to this company since they don鈥檛 care about customer service, only care about the profit.

Update: they replied back. Send me my address then told me to contact the post office. Like I didn鈥檛 try that already. The post office tells me to contact Coconut Bowl, Coconut Bowl tells me to contact the post office. Considering I spent $100+ on my order, if shouldn鈥檛 be this hard. After reviewing positive reviews, I noticed the photos associated with them has their product in the photo….they are having employees and/or ambassadors leave fake reviews with some form of kick back because no company wants to have 100% 1 star rating.

Update: I was provide a fake (You read that right) voucher in hopes to prevent me from leaving 1 star reviews on multiple platforms. For a sustainable company, they have no code of ethics.

Not in the slightest impressed with this company.

– ordered about two weeks ago
– never received my items
– I email to chase things up
– They tell me my items were collected
– funny thing is they NEVER sent me any tracking information to even know where the items were
– they then tell me to chase up the courier myself and let them know what is said
– I pay and do not get the goods and they ask ME to chase it up!
– email replies are an utter jokes more than a few days for a reply which is ridiculous
– I鈥檝e asked for a refund as this is all a waste of time and no reply!

Received leaking bowls! One cracked.. and both drip around the bottom logo, which my daughter and I found out immediately upon use with milk trickling into our hands. The forks were also not sanded down with tiny splinters throughout, which caused an immediate splinter on my hand pulling them out of their packaging box, so I was too concerned to use them for eating. After kindly writing to customer support regarding these matters, they requested photos of the issues. Of which I took my time to take many for them (hard to show extent within photos, so took several), I also sent a video filming underneath the bowl of it dripping. They rudely responded, with condescending remarks, even suggesting ignorance that I didn't follow the "care" instructions properly (of which I did, and only used them once to learn of the leaking issues, receiving them only a few days ago). They stated for me to sand down the forks myself and that the bowls are misshapen because they're natural (umm, the obvious!), but they should be able to sit upright on a table, and they certainly shouldn't leak. What a waste of money, time, and effort in providing them with what they asked, only to have it brushed off within minutes of not being broken 鈥渆nough鈥? Their refusal for my return of the items simply for a replacement or refund, ignores their 30 day "guarantee" and disrespects their customers!! Apparently the bowls have to be broken in half completely, or broken forks snapped entirely, for them to be rendered as defective/faulty items. Ridiculous! They鈥檙e absolutely unusable, other than dry foods; nuts. Forget any wet salad, fruits, or yoghurt, through the cracks. I also own a set of these from elsewhere, which are lovely.. and was just trialing a new company to get the set with the spoons/forks. Appalling product and service! Will be taking it to the ombudsman, simply on principal, not the $40+ They straight out said 鈥渢oo bad鈥?and brushed all concerns off, not even allowing me to send them back to them to inspect properly themselves! Of which I would not trust their service now to do anyway. Ps. Wrote a review on their website,,, but they don't put up the lower stars! They ignore those too!!

I have ordered something from the site A MONTH AGO, yet they shipped it around a week ago. I understand that the current situation may cause some delays, but I payed 15 euros for express shipping and it still came 3 weeks late. I also just found out that they didn't even put my full address on the package, meaning I had to change the address myself on the DPD website. I should be getting my package on Monday, but very disappointed with the shipping.

Coconut bowls is the best!! I recently placed an order and it had some difficulties arriving, but the coconut bowls service was amazing. They handled the situation very nicely, and I really appreciate that. Not to mention, their items are fantastic. Every time I use them, people always ask, "Wow, where did you get those?"
