The sales associate that helped us was very nice and knowlegable, but not pushing sales. He introduced himself but gave us space to look around on our own.

We were shopping for a new bedroom for my daughter, found the perfect set and were told it was 24 weeks out before they could get it to us. We would have spent over $2,000 but we weren鈥檛 waiting almost half a year. We love Coconis but the wait times for furniture have gotten terrible.

I ordered a recliner with a hand held remote but that was not what I got. I stressed this option when I ordered also I was told free delivery if I gave email but was charged $99 delivery fee.

Yes a special order leather recliner the salesman was very helpful & knowledgeable about the product. Store was set up nice & clean. Anxious to get recliner but I know it will 5-6 months

Store manager, Larry, met my husband & I when we entered store and introduced himself. We had never been to Coconis and so Larry explained store layout a s conversed pleasantly for a bit. Angie came over and Larry introduced her and said she would assist us in finding what we wished. Angie showed us several recliners and then left us alone to try them out. We appreciated being left alone so we could shop. Angie watched us and anticipated when we were ready to hear more. We never felt pressured and the information Angie shared was exactly what we needed to make the recliner purchase.
