Buyer beware – not a Aust site. Charged a International fee on credit card as all money goes to Singapore. Poor customer service – left 2 emails and 1 msg and no response. No telephone number. Also might have a 2 yr warranty but watch had to be returned in packaging as if new!

I purchased a Baby G Casio watch for my wife in February, 2016 and after a couple of months it wasn't working properly. I emailed the Customer Service centre and received excellent service. They arranged for the watch to be picked up from my work and couriered back to Singapore for repairs. After technicians had repaired the watch it was couriered back to my work. All of this at no expense for myself. A week later the watch had the same problem. Again I contacted the Customer Service Centre and reported the issue. CoCoMi were willing to replace the watch at no expense to me. A short time later the new watch arrived. I was advised that I could keep the old watch as well.
The Customer Service I received from CoCoMi was excellent. Pablo, the Customer Service person I dealt with was amazing even down to spending time searching for my original receipt for the watch. Emails were responded to in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to any prospective customer.

I ordered an aviation watch for my sons 21st birthday in May 2016. We only ordered it because the Company list a Melbourne phone number. When we received the watch it was faulty so we wrangle the number. It only has voice mail and you are directed to a website. The watch arrived from Singapore so I imagine this is where the Company is based. After several emails we had to pay $20 for return postage. They then said they che led the watch and replaced the battery. Unfortunately the watch is still faulty and despite our requests for a refund or new watch nothing yet has been done after 5 months. Buyer beware!!!

Bought a Cartier watch, unfortunately the bracelet was too small! The phone number is transferred to a web page. They held no extra links so decided to return the item under the 30 day return. This cost me 20 dollars. Upon receipt at their store (Singapore) advised my monies would be returned in 1 to 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not believe them as I had to get my bank involved as over a week was taken.
Be very wary????????????????????

Very misleading company. They have an Australian contact number on their website, making people think that they are Australian based, when in fact are in Singapore or Hong Kong?
They promise 10-12 day delivery, which was the only reason I decided to buy from them.
After 2 weeks with no sign of my watch, I attempted to call the phone number in Melbourne. No one ever answers it & you are directed to leave a message.
Sent several emails. They replied saying it had just been shipped(more than 2 weeks after payment) & provided me a tracking number. That tracking number was found to be invalid.
Back & forth with emails & given the same tracking number 3 times. INVALID all 3 times.

I initiated a dispute claim through Paypal.
Low & behold, the same tracking number they had been providing me with for 3 1/2 weeks, suddenly worked.
According to the tracking details, the watch was only dispatched from Singapore AFTER Paypal became involved.
Finally received the watch- 36 days after payment! Only reason they have received one star is for actually delivering it.
Pretty sure that I would never have seen my watch had I not involved the Paypal dispute procedures.
DO NOT deal with this company. They are very dodgy.
Always use Paypal for online purchases,as they are often the only recourse you will have in seeking a refund.
