Bought the 150 light ones – thought it was for two as in the picture. but its one little flimsy solar firework light. Arrived all battered – doesn't even work correctly they dont all light up. Took ages/weeks to arrive. Tried to email company no joy. DO NOT order these lights they are Small flimsy crap. 拢19.99 – not worth 拢5 terrible.

Like it belongs in a Wendy house as opposed to the garden. To add insult to injury doesn鈥檛 work either. Have requested a refund. Please
Be aware the photographs bare absolutely no resemblance to what you will receive.

Ordered the facemasks but they did not arrive. Sent an email and got a quick reply that goods lost in trqansit. Offered the choice of refund or reinstatemnt of order. Selected the latter which awas confirmed in hours and delivered within 3 days. Very impressive.

My order did not arrive. On contacting the company they apologised profusely and offered me a refund which was credited to my Wowcher wallet.
Customer service very good. Responses to emails prompt.

Ordered reuseable face masks and rang up to check as my parcel had not arrived (Delays due to Covid-19) and asked for a refund as I had purchased disposable masks locally I was told to give it a few more days as they were having problems due to Covid-19. I agreed and within a couple of days the masks arrived.
I was most impressed with the excellent communication and would certainly recommend this firm.

I ordered a pair of faux leather bar stools but unfortunately they did not arrive. I contacted CNDB customer service and after a couple of emails they offered to send a new set as the original ones had obviously been lost in transit. These arrived a week later and I am very pleased with them. The Customer Service team answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.

Ordered firework lights and one arrived faulty however, got in touch and a replacement is on its way. Lovely customer service team, great prices and quick delivery.

I ordered on this website a set of garden lights and when delivered received one. It was 拢17.99 +p&p original price was 拢29.99. I have contacted customer services and have been fobbed off with offers of a small refund and they say that鈥檚 all they can do for my inconvenience but after a further email they have little hesitation in sending me another.

I ordered some garden solar lights. I ordered 2 but recieved only 1.
I got in touch with customer service,and they without any hesitation and really quickly offered to send the item or I could have a refund.
I have ordered several items from them,and I've found them to be professional and more importantly honest and helpful.

I ordered an item in error after not reading the product description fully and cancelled the order. They were very quick to confirm cancellation and notified me that full refund of the purchase price would be made. Having ordered Rattan garden furniture through wowcher then reading the reviews for this company I was worried I was going to have issues with delivery, receipt of goods, building it and overall quality HOWEVER, this was not the case.
I got my garden furniture within a week of redeeming my voucher, which was very competitively priced and in stock which was great given all other reputable retailers I had tried were out of stock and had inflated prices of garden furniture due to lockdown!
The furniture did take a while to build due to some of the bolt/fixings alignment being off centre which was my only criticism, hence the 4 stars.
Otherwise, the product was sturdy and the service was excellent.
I hope others have as positive experience of this company鈥檚 service.

Doorbell arrived in time and after having to get batteries separately (not included in offer) found bell works well and easy to set up. Bought separate wireless chime which was paired easily. Easy to set up software app on mobile and tablet.
2 screws missing for securing case but customer service have been good at trying to sort.

After the previously mentioned shipping problem, have now received the item, but there was a query over the instructions which were only in Chinese. Emailed the supplier and the same day I received an email with an attachment showing the instructions in English, so well done.

I ordered a 4 piece rattan set which was brilliantly priced. It hadn鈥檛 arrived by the expected date. I emailed cndirect and their customer service was excellent. They advised that my item had been shipped and that I should receive it within 5 days as their was a delay due to the pandemic. I found this to be totally acceptable. I received my item within 2 days of my email and it was exactly as described. Great value for money and I wouldn鈥檛 hesitate to order any item from this company.

I had placed on order for some face masks via Wowvoucher from this company..
I ordered 3 lots…One lot arrived just before the due date but the others did not arrive.

I sent 3 e-mails chasing the orders to Cndirectbiz but had no response so I was forced to leave negative feed back on here..
Almost immediately I revived a reply from them on here with sincere apologies

It turns out my e-mails had gone into spam and that my goods were shipped ( I could see that via tracking ) but they had been lost in transit
They offered a replacement or refund of which I have taken

I would therefore suggest contacting them via here first before leaving negative feedback as I think perhaps e-mails get lost going to them via e-mails where as they get messages straight away via here

thank you for dealing with the issue so quickly once the message had been received .

Received a lovely modular rattan furniture set for the garden. Great value for money. A little delay on receiving which was due to Hermes being very busy (all the extra deliveries during the pandemic I assume). Great communication via email with CNDirectBiz and furniture arrived just a little later than expected. Worth the wait though.

After ordering a 4 Peice Ratten furniture set from wowcher, I did not receive any email confirmation or delivery details from the company direct. I had read a few bad reviews which made me wonder if I would actually receive my order. Wowcher was showing the delivery date as on or before 29 May. 1st June came and I emailed CNBIZDirect. I did email during the evening and I am happy to say they responded the following morning. My order was to be dispatched between 3rd to 6th June. My furniture arrived on 6th June via Yodel. All of the pieces were in the box. It has now been put together and its just what I ordered. Yes, it isn't the easiest to put together as some of the fixings do not match up properly but we have managed to get around this and the furniture has been assembled and looks great.
