I have bought many thing from club factory over the last two years and I have to say that although their products are cheap, you can get better quality products for the same price in your nearby markets. The reviews on the website are often fake. Shipping takes a long period of time. And I have never been satisfied by the products. They seldom look like the pictures on the product listing.

Club Factory does not deserve a star

Club Factory does not deserve a star, but I guess it's the minimum. I have shopped online for years, eBay, Guess, La Vie en Rose, Zaful, high end shop you name it. Never would I have to feel the frustration I do with this 'company', with one word to best describe it Fraud. Never shop here unless you have money to burn.

I bought a silk blue robe size L, what I got was a black, completely see through no t silk robe size S, and they expect you to pay for the return ship even though you got what you never wanted. And it was not what you ordered.

Just a warning to those who like the online experience as much as I do and not let it get ruined by a worm in the pot.

If there were minus stars I would have used them. The app is easy to use but the quality of the clothing is appalling. The customer services are equally poor, they do not take on board what the problem is and sort it out to an acceptable conclusion. If you have the app I would remove and shop elsewhere!

Terrible company. Sent me damaged goods out, the stitching was ripped on one and the other was supposed to be a hoody but turned,out to have no hood. They refuse to refund the money. Dont buy!!!!!

It's absolutely the wrost shopping apps and now I feel like it's a fraud website. And they do is false advertising I was told I would get my item with 10-14 days but till now it's seems like it's still stuck somewhere and it says unable to track . It seems to be fraud to me. Stay away from it.

which kind of services you are providing. Your app is totally froad. You people only just know how to makR fool to other.I have ordered the product I have made the payment than too I have not got the delivery.its been 20 days I m waiting and when I have checked my order location it is showing like it had been delivered to some lady name Nandini. You illetrate peoples how have you started your business you even cant learn the name on the order. You $#*! peoples.. You only know how to take money.Bloody dumbos.

I ordered this for my husband from this seller, it has his name, insulin dependent IDDM) and an emergency phone #, all on the backside. I ordered one long enough so that all you see is the chain around his neck which is what he wanted not being a wearer of jewelry. It's a nice thick gauge steel without being bulky, polished, great design for a man or a woman.

Very lightweight. The actual neck tie is skillfully crafted to adjust the position of the necklace without the hassle of changing the neck tie itself. Good seller! I love my beautiful new shoes from this brand and they are so cute but I can't wear them because they are tight around my ankle. I got in the navy. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and got these in an 8M and they are perfect. Nice seller with reasonable price and would buy more stuffs in the coming months.

I have ordered many times for me and my friends.. and we love it.. clothes,shoes and gadgets everything is perfect.. the materials are flawless.. with really good prices.. even the delivery is fast and on time.

Just bought my wife a new dress as a Mother's Day gift last month from Clubfactory. The delivery took about 3 weeks,luckily I bought it long before the Mother's Day so I'm OK with that.

My wife loved the dress,then the quality is fine by me.

As for the price, I find that most stuff in the app are really cheap, and there are actual link from amazon and ebay to compare the price.

I'd recommend this app, though it crushs from time to time.
